Firehouse Subs Wateridge Center at Ladera Heights — Restaurant in California

In terms of quality, I have to say that Firehouse Subs is like a step (maybe half a step) above Subways but with much less options (and of course you can’t make your own sandwich). They have a small variety of chips and I’m glad they make it a combo to save some money. Their cookies are not as great. A bit too hard liking biting on a piece of chalk and the flavor of the cookie itself is kinda funky. The place is kept neat and prim with a television in the corner that customers can watch. The decore is in line with the theme of Firehouse Subs. Parking at this location can get tight, but in all the times I’ve visited this location, I have rarely seen it be busy. No more than five guests are inside the store in one time and no more than maybe one or two of them stay and eat. Most are taken to go. Their restrooms are kept surprisingly clean (at least for a public place). Service is standard. They don’t try to aim for gold star customer service but they’re not rude or dismissive either. All in all, Firehouse Subs is a good alternative to Subway. But it’s certainly not a place I’d highly recommend to...

Past four orders have been incorrect and missing the pickle , I have asked the employee each time to ensure I get the correct subs and I am assured that it correct. It's very annoying 😒 when I cannot trust the employees to communicate or make the correct order . I should not have to taste test my sandwich every time I Come pickup a order !

I order regularly one or twice a week . I understand new employees may come and go but please train them the difference between the regular meatball sub and a sweet & Spicy Sub .

I do not enjoy getting home only to be disappointed.

I REALLY like this place. Love the bread. Love the grilled veg and onion. My ONLY complaint which no one else seems to have is the saltiness. You kinda lose the flavor of the yummy grilled veg and meat and cheese in the heavy salt flavor. I will still come, just though that was concerning. Very kind staff is a plus!

We ordered the same veggie subs. This time, it was NOT too salty. The sandwich was prepared beautifully. It was excellent! Shout out to the two African American girls that really took pride in serving a presentable sandwich. It was excellent. We will return to...
