About three weeks ago my dearest was diagnosed with the big C. We went to get alkaline water down the street. I was waiting for him in the car for a while. I went in and he was talking to the owner, Dimitri. Dimitri introduced himself to me and was very personable. He started to ask questions about that were personal and I found him kinda scary. We tried to leave but he would not let us go without us seeming rude. He kept trying to sell us a small jar of multi colored oil. I’ve been a salesperson my whole life and have never had someone put the bite on like this guy trying to hawk this oil and then his assistant Lady Zhe joined him in the push to purchase the jar of oil . I told him no because the skin cancer but he kept trying saying the quantum energy would heal him. Finally some new customers were walking in (he followed us to our car) and he zoomed in immediately on them before they even hit the door. Lady Zhe went inside. When we got home I noticed a bag that my husband had from the water store. I asked and he said that there were two little bands with copper that Dimitri sold him. I took them out of their packaging and they were nothing but 50 cent rubber bands , no copper no nothing just rubber bands. I looked at the receipt and it was for $150 plus tax. We flipped out together and I called and had to keep fighting this guy who ripped us off so badly. He ended up promising to refund if we sent back the bands. You wouldn’t believe the arguments this guy made trying not to return them. He even tried to cause a quarrel saying we knew exactly what we were getting. My husband was under the impression the little “copper wire” rubber band bracelets would be maybe 10-15 bucks. Lady Zhe rang him up and my husband said they were trying to sell him a tanning bed as well. My husband never tans and he mistakingly told Dimitri about his skin cancer yet Dimitri still tried, saying it’s good for it. Please BEWARE if you get your water there. They offer the alkaline water with no mention of their other...
Read moreSo happy I found this GEM. I was looking for an alkaline water store near my house and this one was really close (it’s brand new ) and not only did I find that BUT SO MUCH MORE! The ambiance when you walk in is INCREDIBLE- the music, the aromas, the whole aesthetics makes you feel restored in and by itself. The owner was there and immediately met my friend and I with a warm welcome- he showed us this incredible Trifecta Red Light bed that we can also book sessions for and IM BEYOND EXCITED! I have heard about red light therapy and all the amazing stuff it does but never found myself actually walking in somewhere to Book a session for it! (The owner is like a PRO on the details and research so if you have questions ask away) needless to say- this bed is NO JOKE and I’ve I’ve already suggested it to a group of friends. The best part was not only the alkaline water or red light therapy bed but the health products this place has is unbelievable. There wasn’t a thing I asked about that the owner didn’t have a product for. (And not your quick fix basic internet purchase) the products were on a top notch level and I can’t say enough how happy I am I found this place. I highly suggest coming in to just have a look. It made me realize how important taking care of myself truly was - but it was like a one stop shop for EVERYTHING !! Score!! ...
Read moreI had a deeply frustrating experience with Beyond Alkalinity. I purchased two wristbands and promptly returned them, following the store’s instructions. Despite confirming receipt of the items via text messages and phone calls and even providing the card number as they requested, they still have not issued the promised refund.
I have provided all necessary documentation, including proof of shipping and delivery confirmation, but they still need to resolve the issue. I have reached out repeatedly via text and phone, but the lack of accountability and customer service has been shocking.
This has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. A business should honor its commitments and treat customers with fairness. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Beyond Alkalinity, and I would caution others against...
