Horrible experience no joke. Called ahead to come in to get a fill and a pedicure and they gave me a time to come. Showed up and waited for nearly an hour an a half, not so much of a problem cause I understand it gets busy so I didn't mind. Someone finally agreed to do my nails (one of the guys I didn't get his name) and he did a horrible job. He was extremely rude to me the whole time and I kept asking who would do my toes since that is all I initially went for and he kept cutting me off saying no one will do them. He kept stopping every five seconds while doing my nails and just wasn't paying attention. I genuinely understand perspectives from the workers most of the time but this was ridiculous. His job was so horribly done and he was absolutely rude when I tried to talk or ask him any questions. I've been there 2 times before and usually go to Jessica (sweet girl), but truthfully this experience was so bad I'm legit not going...

So I am rating this based on what it is, a walk in nail salon, and they did a great job based on that standard! I got the "pamper" pedicure, was done by one of their male employees, he really did a wonderful job with massaging the legs and cleaned my nails very well. I have some damage on my large toes from wearing bad shoes during a move earlier this year. He didnt seem phased by that, and he managed to get the nails looking as healthy as Ive seen them since being damaged. After a layer of nail polish, you can't even tell there was an issue! I would definitely come back to this place again. Also should mention that they ARE taking extra precautions to combat COVID, but if you have venmo or zelle,...

Made an appointment at 10:00 they didn’t show until 10:30. They Will nickel and dime you for every single thing. The guy broke off one of my nails himself and still charged me to replace it. The quality of the pedicures suck. They run out of nail polish and don’t re-order new ones. They talk about their customers in a different language. They used to be really good before the pandemic and I don’t know what happened now. They went up on their prices & the quality went down. Not ever going back here...
