Pizza is adequate but we ordered through Grubhub, which we paid for, and then West Pizza charged us again when we came into the shop to pick up the pizzas.

I even asked the West Pizza cashier to check to see if Grubhub payment had gone through. They just rang me up, and unbeknownst to me, charged me the Grubhub amount that already included a tip, which I tipped on top of because I didn't realize they had received the Grubhub payment. Only later did my wife tell me that the Grubhub amount went through.

We're two years into a pandemic and online ordering is commonplace. These kinds of mistakes shouldn't be happening...
