Jack in the Box — Restaurant in California

While the employees are kind enough as one would expect from any food establishment. I have been to many fast food restaurants and have found most Jack and the Boxes to be one of the better fast food restaurants though this Jack in the Box could potentially give the whole company a bad name. Countless times I've given this Jack in the Box a chance to redeem themselves but they continue to get my order wrong. I will admit that I can have a fairly complicated order so that I can understand if they forgot the tomatoes or something, yes of course I would be irritated but the blame could have been put on me. But after a recent order I've concluded that it was not my fault it was their own negligence since they can't even make their own burgers correctly. I will admit that their service was quick and polite though they could not get an order right even with the only special or complicated thing being a drink with no ice. Even after checking the screen to check and it had said a drink with no ice, cheese burger, etc.I am given a drink with ice and a burger without cheese, you could have honestly forgotten anything else and I would have thought "Oh maybe it just doesn't come with it" but no I order a simple CHEESE burger and you forget the cheese. That doesn't even make sense, cheese is in the name!!! If I could give zero stars I would since they never get any of the...

This is probably the best Jack in the Box in the East Bay Area. Friendly, but very fast service overall, even during the crazy late evening hours when they are dealing with the DUI's/420 2nd Gen Hippies/homeless crowd that seem to hover around here in El Sobrante.

I generally visit this restaurant at least once every other week, and I have actually been coming to this location for over 40 years (no joke, even when Jack was in a Big Box before it exploded in the 1980's commercials), but no worries, the restaurant is updated to modern exterior stucco finish designs, and in these last 4 decades, I have only been sick once, but I think it was during my early college hangover days, but no Bueno on ordering the Ultimate Cheeseburger after a night of drinking....instead stick with the breakfasts, cheapie tacos, the fajita pita with a...

The Cashier Citlali was great, she had a good attitude with good work ethic. The reason for the two stars is, the two female employees working the drive thru..... Pickles were left out of my sandwich (no big deal). I walked to the "pick up" side of the counter and politely said excuse me twice. I was clearly in their line of site and within range for them to hear me. With out intending to I got the attention of Citlali (who was even further away from me) and she had to get the of the attention of the two employees by speaking loudly. The two girls made it clear that their conversation about the weekend was a lot more important then customers service. They clearly would rather have Citlali work two position for them two share off work...
