Unfortunately, this location never seems to change over the years in quality of food and service. I recently ordered a meal not a combo with a cheeseburger, fries, a side drink of iced coffee and French toast sticks. I guess they hired new management but the manager had a horrible attitude towards me because he assumed I ordered a combo without ever asking me. He only asked me what size I wanted but never specified if it was a combo or for the fry alone. I said medium for the fry. I never told him a combo, so after ordering on my receipt it says a combo with a coke I never ordered. I was confused and didn't want an extra drink so I tried to ask him about it. He got really defensive and aggressive saying I said medium and I told him that I never said I ordered a combo and was never asked what drink I wanted for it. He got even more upset with me and tried arguing that he was doing me a service as it was cheaper to order as a combo than separate cheeseburger and fries. That doesn't make any sense because I was never notifed about it before paying and he never asked about the drink and he never asked if I wanted 2 drinks. Even though I calmly asked a question about it his attitude never changed. He got fed up with it and started upgrading my items to larger sizes without asking me and offered me a small cake. I told him no to the cake and no to the upgrades even with my hands waving no at him for it. I never asked for a larger size and never asked for free food. No matter how much I said no to the upgrades because I didn't want to waste any food or want it he didn't listen. I even wanted to ask for a refund for the poor service before the food was given but thought it wouldn't be worth it. All I wanted was my question nicely answered without someone blowing up in my face about small problems because they aren't emotionally stable or mature or calm. I never had this issue before at any other location and their workers never assume a combo, the other locations always ask to make sure and I ordered the same way at other places without issues and was charged correctly with a separate cheeseburger and fries. I hope this will change.

Read moreThe food was good, but the service was horrible at this Lakeside location. I placed a mobile order prior to arriving. I ordered 4 of the same salad. I walked inside to pickup. I advised I was picking up mobile order & confusion started. 1 woman checked with another from the back who I could see was checking where they keep the salads. The 2 exchanged comments in what sounded like Spanish from a distance. The 1st lady returned to the front & stated the 2nd was working on it. There was no other customer in the place, but I noticed drive thru was a bit busy. I stood there for over 10 minutes with not 1 update offered on what the delay was. A total of 3 different workers walked by & asked if I needed to order. When I advised that I was waiting on my order not 1 of them walked to the back to check on what was taking so long. The woman who originally helped me stayed near drive thru and seemed to purposely avoid coming back over to offer update. Finally the salads were brought forward & bagged. I asked about the dressing for them & the guy helping knew nothing. He asked the original lady & she told him where to get them from. He grabbed 2 for 4 salads. We told him it was 1 for each. No apology for the delay. I assume they needed to make up some or all of the salads fresh, but why was this not stated or give me the option of changing to a different kind? I realized later the topping packets were not included either. While I commend the 1 from the back in putting together what I assume they didn't have the rest of the staff was a complete fail on not addressing the problem. Read moreWas very disappointed in customer service at this location and instead of making new Curley fries they gave me all burnt ends that I couldn’t even eat. I went right back into drive through because store was closed after 10 pm. I was told I need a receipt at first right after getting right back in line and waiting a good 10-15 just to let them know that I wasn’t paying happy for food that was burnt and left over from whatever batch they cooked however long ago. We spent a total of 34 dollars here getting food for everyone. Finally leave get home and order still wasn’t right. Ugh we gave up at this point. The two employees working there were not customer oriented and don’t think they realize the comments I heard them say about people at the speaker.
