I've been coming to this place for a few months after work 3 to 4 times a week. Every time I get a banana split. The way they make it is never consistent they need training. But that's not my issue today. Most of the people working there are somewhat nice to the customer. There is one particular girl that is rude all the time and acts like she is doing a paying customer a favor. Today I ordered a banana split and the rude girl was making it. She looked at the girl at the register and they both laughed. I know why after I got home. I went to enjoy my ice cream and noticed I didn't see or feel banana in the banana split. After digging around I see that she put a mushy brown banana in it and hid it with whip cream. If they don't have good product to make an order. They should tell the customer and give them the option to order something else. Not trick them for their hard earned money. I called and it went to the answering machine. They can hear the phone in that small place... I'm always kind when I go there and say please and thank you. Even to the rude ones...I use to leave tips until I realized they need to do their jobs correctly for what they get paid before I give them more money. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. My family ordered 4 blizzards they repeated the order back to us and it was correct but when we got them home and tried them 3 was wrong. We looked at the receipt and sure enough they rang up the wrong ones but still repeated the correct ones so we didn't think we needed to look at it. They even asked us at the window if they where correct and we corrected them saying no we had these ones and they said okay then gave us the blizzards. Just looking at them they all looked correct so we thought it was fine. This is not the first time we've had a major problem with them but we wanted to give them another chance since we live so close but this was the last straw we will not be coming back here again we will be going to the Santee location from now on. And just to top it all off what they gave us no one in my family likes so 3 of us went without a blizzard and we paid $30 for wrong stuff even though it was said 3 times what it was to them. Read moreWent to DQ tonight. First, I got my order taken quickly. That was great. There were 5-6 other families/couples. I ordered middle of the pack. Everyone else got their order in the order we all stood in line. Mine never came out. Everyone else got their stuff and left and I was still waiting. Still waiting. There were at least 3 kids in there. All just standing around talking. No one was looking at me. They just kept talking then one looked over at me and got another one’s attention and they suddenly started making my 2 blizzards fast. I was a little annoyed, but I wasn’t going to write a negative review over some kids slacking off at work. Then, I got home, sat down to eat my blizzard, and it’s just vanilla ice cream.
