this place ruined my Christmas eve all i wanted was a breakfast burrito to get me going to finish Christmas shopping . I pull up to the drive through to ask if they were still serving the breakfast burritos mind you i had a little bit of a sore throat. i was told they couldn't hear me through their speaker and to speak louder which i did and they still couldn't hear me so i yelled my order thinking wow their speaker is really broken. as soon as i yelled i got the worst attitude from the lady Karina working the window saying she wasn't going to take my order because i yelled it. how ridiculous, you couldn't hear me when i spoke up twice straining my voice so i yelled my order hoping you would hear me and now I'm "yelling" at you and you refuse to serve me through the drive through because you have a broken speaker. asked for a manager but they refused to get one. I've been going here for 15 years but not anymore. get a new speaker and new employees their attitude sucks and their food has gone way down hill do not recommend and will never be returning...

My family and I have been regular customers to the drive thru. One night I had purchased carne asada fries for my daughter. The cashier and cook looked at us after giving us our order. My daughter ate the meal and my wife had a little bit of the meal. A few hours later my daughter started throwing up the meal and it lasted into the next morning and around 4 am my wife started throwing up as well. Both were feeling miserable the next day. My father in law took them to the doctor. They both had food poisoning. My fiance and I ordered food. We wanted regular carne fries, a large drink, and red sauce. the worker never asked again or clarified so we assumed it would be fine. We pulled up to pay and she put in our card manually without warning us so that was odd. We asked again for extra red sauce, she didn’t say anything. We were handed our food and our drink. The drink was a regular, not large but we just brushed it off and went home. We opened our food to find all theses toppings on our fries instead of just the regular carne fries which only has cheese on it. And a bunch of green sauce, only one red sauce.
