The girl at the register greeted me with a nice greeting of the day and smile. I made my order and moved to the side to wait for my order. I had ordered no bananas in my drink. When watching my order, the girl that was making the drink messed up and put bananas in. I told her that I had ordered no bananas to be added to the drink and she snapped at me saying "Well you are suppose to tell us next time!" I had clearly stated that I did not want bananas and the receipt had reflected that. So instead of remaking the whole drink, she tried scooping at the bananas. So when I asked her to remake it, she rolled her eyes again and said next time, I need to order it right. I felt felt insulted how when trying to correct a simple mistake that may have happened, I was the one being criticized and said to be the one that was wrong. I politely asked for a receipt so I could earn points because the screen had disappeared before I could choose to have one printed out. She told me that she asked me if I had an app but I told her I couldn't hear her over the blenders. She shrugged her shoulders and said even if she reprint the receipt it wouldn't have a barcode. I almost cried because I was already having a bad day and she was so rude for no reason at all. Thankfully other employees helped me out and reprint my receipt with no problem. I don't understand why it was such an issue. Even if the cashier was having a bad day she shouldn't have made me feel so horrible for asking for my receipt.
