The real scoop….you can’t give them 5 stars it’s the principle bc it’s Krazy krusty burger….but you gotta give them 4…… I mean for as packed at this place is…..just one suggestion…..nothing against wearing a mask (your choice) but management shouldn’t have you in charge of yelling out peoples order numbers when their food is ready….give the poor girl some help….i mean they have 4 stations ordering food and take money….. And just one person getting drinks ready and one lady handing out the food….. yes of course there’s a wait but yea of course the food was not great but it’s wasn’t bad meaning it was good…..fries fresh….burger warm and tasty we are at universal I’m happy they got it right and in a timely and orderly fashion….(get it no onion or something so they make it and it’s just not one already waiting in queue) like the hot dog we said just cheese for the kids …. Easy and turned into cheese fries

I think this place is fun to look around just to have fun seeing a simpsons themed burger chain. Got the Sideshow Bob hotdog - which was basically a Nathan’s foot long hotdog topped with chili and cheese, and fries on the bottom. It met expectations of what you’d typically taste and it wasn’t unique, but it was well cooked, the bread was good quality so it wasn’t gummy, and the chili was flavorful. It’s a decent between meals snack to share with a friend - wish it came with a soda considering the price. I thought the flow of purchasing and picking up the food was clunky (once you’ve paid you’re stuck waiting for your order in the tight space between the two cashier lines with others).

I love the sitting areas, sat on the second floor in the fancy Krusty italian restaurant side. Soo fancy. Wish I would've went across to the other side to go explore lol. There were only few options, but they only needed a few. I got the #1 Krusty Burger, it was like a big mac sauce. I got my burger quickly, even before the guests that had come before me. I got my refillable universal studios cup and went upstairs. When I got there the burger top bun tasted a bit stale like its been sitting there for maybe 1-2 hours??? Maybe 30 min? Can't really say. The burger was less than warm. Honestly reminded me of a gas station burger quality. Fries were fresher. Fries were good. Yummy!

I recently ate at Kusty Burger while visiting Universal Studios and was barely satisfied with the experience. The burger was fine, the fries were nothing special, but I did get a Duff beer, which was cool. The main reason for the less than average review is the pure fact that I had to leave the building and walk across Simpsons world when my toddler had to hit the bathroom halfway through the meal. No signs, no directions, the staff pointed me in every direction and couldn't be bothered. It took us 15 minutes to find it, wait in line and get back to our meal. The size of the hall where you eat and the amount of people dining, a bathroom in the building should be mandatory.

Do not go here. Save your money for somewhere else in the park. Especially expensive even for a theme park. Paid $30 for a veggie burger, hotdog and one drink. The burger was bland and cold. The fries were nothing special. My girlfriend’s hotdog smelt like it had been sitting in plastic all day and tasted worse. It looked like someone had thrown it up and put it between two pieces of bread. The coke was watered down in the machine and when we tried to get a refill there was a barcode at the bottom of the cup which prevented us from doing so. Money making scam of a brand name. Do what we did afterwards to fill our still empty stomachs and get ice cream instead.

The line to get food was a little long, but they played clips from the Simpsons to distraction people waiting. I got a Sideshow Bob Footlong hot dog (Nathan's Sausage, Chili, and cheese) and my friend got a Clogger burger (Pretty much a normal cheeseburger with secret sauce) and we both enjoyed our food. I also purchased the refillable Souvenir cup, and that helped a bunch throughout the day. I would recommend eating here, especially later at night, as it is one of the few restaurants in the park that is open until park close and while we were waiting for Lard Lad's Doughnuts, we noticed that Krusty Burger was empty.
