Yes and Yes! Honestly I didn't think this place was gonna as good as it was. *Delicious Good price *Great food *Good portion

•••I can compare the asada plate with a near by restaurant that I've been going most of my life. Los Alberts definitely TOOK THE PRIZE. HONESTLY IT WAS A BIG PLATE AND SO DELICIOUS. I was impressed °°°

Ordered ~Carne asada plate Beans.rice bed of shredded lettuce and guacamole on top corn tortillas that they either make there or they purchase those thick tortillas that taste homemade

~2 big tacos de asada Huge tacos big as my hand. Plain because they were for my kids. I asked for everything on the side. And they did!

~1 taco (more regular size) this is how it's named on the receipt. It was Lengua. Let me tell you it was so yummy Tender cubes of meat. And I honestly think that it was the same size.

*They also sent over a container of pico de Gallo And a container of guacamole. Wow!! not sure if it comes with our order either the plate or the tacos. But it was Dope! *I asked for green salsa because usually that is the least spicy. It was spicy to me but it was good definitely added flavor to the tacos.

I have no complaints at all!

I can't rate the atmosphere because I got...

I went to their location on Santa Fe and Florence and the food was very mediocre. I ordered 2 combination plates and asada fries. When I picked up my 2 plates they were both missing rice so I asked the cashier and he said they didn't have any at the moment.....isn't that something you should tell a customer before they order something that's supposed to have rice??? the second issue is that the beans are blan and NOTHING was hot, it was barely luke warm.Lastly the asada fries is literally fries, beans, NEON GREEN WATERY GUACAMOLE and UNMELTED SHREDDED CHEESE. Literally the light sprinkling of cheese that's placed on top is cold, no attempt to melt...or I could be wrong and this is just their version of carne asada fries that's supposed to be like a crunchy taco with cold cheese topping.

I've never said this about a Mexican restaurant before, but save your $$$ and go to taco bell, agleast you'll get quality.

See a lot of hate on the place on the reviews, I go for the iconic Carne Asada fries, I’ve had them here before and the meat was pretty lack luster but went here the other day and was not disappointed. Definitely upgraded to better quality meat. Also bought fish tacos which was pretty good as well. Little pricer than before but their quality is better so is justified. BIG DISCLAIMER!!! I go here because of the drive thru, before I guess it was inconvenient for them because someone had to walk outside to hand you the food. But now it’s inconvenient FOR US. Because you have to order and receive food on your right hand side of the car. I literally had to scream on the loud speaker to get my order and had to walk outside my car to pay and get my food which defeats the purpose of drive thru which is to stay in your car. Don’t go to drive thru unless u plan to bring...
