GameStop — Local services in Huntington Park

GameStop in general is horrible. I was given a trade price on the phone. They said as long as I had everything with my Xbox that I would get about $50 cash to my surprise I show up at GameStop and they shave $20 off that price because one of the joystick nibs is slightly coming off. Mind you I look to the right and just for six dollars there are replacement nips, which is all the controller needed. Instead, the worker charged me a refurbished fee of more than $20 to fix one nib on a controller and otherwise perfectly fine Xbox one X system. It’s not worth it. Do not sell your consoles to GameStop. You’ll have better luck on OfferUp. . If you do sell, make sure it is in pristine condition. Otherwise they will start charging fees that you would not believe. Very disappointed in GameStop quality of service and services they provide I feel have gone down more and more over the last 15 years. We’ll never shop at GameStop again. I’d rather just buy digital games or if I need a game just go to a Best Buy...

I camped out for the Pokémon card release at this location,The manager Carlos is a inside guy he gave these tickets to his friends the night before so they wouldn’t have to camp out and got to cut everyone in line so no one got nothing just his people ,His people showed up smoking weed blasting loud music and mocked everyone waiting in line that was there over night which I feel is wrong he doesn’t deserve to even work at this location also the female employee who works with him didn’t get to catch her name…This location doesn’t have cameras in the front of the store most likely so they can get away with these acts they committed on may 16 2025 Scalpers going to be Scalpers I guess…

People if you bought some gift card from this location and when your access the fund are not there seems this is a in house issue with the staff I am not the only one when I when back and ask for the this issue there were more people complaining about this issue. I heard someone saying that the workers there copy the codes. So when you are trying to redeem the. You have no money on your ecards. I trying talking to the manager and all of a sudden there’s no manager. When I clearly seen an extra person behind. People please make your report this issue.
