McDonald's — Restaurant in California

Horrible experience. We went last night (5/6), around 4:30pm. You'd expect they'd be prepared for the dinner rush as there was already a long line when we pulled into the drive-thru. The person taking the order and the money was great. Here were my issues.

We waited at the window for 10 minutes for our food. Not a big deal, especially if it's going to be fresh (mind you, we only live 5 min. away). That was not the case. We ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget, double cheeseburger w/ extra onions, triple cheeseburger, and 2 medium french fries.

Chicken Nuggets: We got 16 out of 20 that we ordered and paid for. They were not fresh. They were hard and cold. Disgusting. My assumption is they did not have enough for our order and said "well, they won't notice until they get home, so screw it, give them what we have".

Double Cheeseburger: Came with NO onions, when we asked for extra onions. And only came with 1 piece of cheese. I did not order a McDouble. I ordered a double cheeseburger which they charge more due to the extra slice of cheese. It was also cold and not fresh.

Triple Cheeseburger: Not fresh and cold.

French Fries: Disgusting! Not fresh, hard, and cold.

This is the reason people make such a stink when fast food employees state they do not make fair wages (I worked in fast food as a teenager so I understand the work and expectations). We are literally just wanting good food that we...

I've had so many bad encounters with this McDonald's! First, they ALWAYS have one thing wrong with my order. Second there Dr pepper machine in drive thru tastes like HI-C. THIRD I went in like a month ago and ordered my Dr pepper from the front fountain a man told me no cause the Dr pepper from the front and the back are on the same line. Then gave me Dr pepper that tasted like hi c so I parked my car and went in NOONE was inside just the employees I asked why I had to come in FROM DRIVE THRU TO GET MY SODA especially when they werentweven busy at all! This manager looking dude with tattoos said it isn't their job to go get soda from the front .I told him his job is to do what I ask from drive thru and he ignored me! And just started at me with a smirk I was livid... THEN TODAY! I go get a mcdouble and a large fry and I asked for ketchup and was told I could get two and pay for any additional... SINCE WHEN DOES MCDONALDS CHARGE FOR KETCHUP!!!!!! I also had to go in and get my own ketchup! Why is it Everytime I go thru drive thru I have to go inside to get what I want! I'm in the drive thru for a reason! The lady inside happily handed over 6 ketchup...

Customer service was horrible.i had 3 pre teens with me. Not toddlers pre teens. I ordered 2 2 cheeseburger meals with no cheese and a nugget meal. Told him 3 medium drinks and a large for me because they don't have keto friendly so I was only ordering for the pre teens. After I paid the cashier gave me 2 medium cups and one large. I said wait we need one more medium. He said you didn't order that. I sajd I ordered 3 meals. He said well you didn't pay for an extra drink. I said fine I'll pay because the receipt did not show it. Then he could not charge me for the drink because of my debit card and just gave me the drink for free. Now we get our food and it's missing 1 of the cheeseburger meals. The cashier said you didn't order 2. Now I'm mad. So I said well this is what I ordered and repeated my order. They said ok we will get you 2 more burgers. 5 minutes later I go up there and they said you didn't order it. I said give me my receipt because I need to take the survey.
