I just wanted to thank the young gal who helped me today with my wedding ring and my husband’s wedding band. I thought for sure that mine would need to be left. She inspected it and said she didn’t see anything wrong with it but that she would have Jon check it for me. I have a couple of bands that have been soldered a few times (I’ve had them for 45 years now) and it felt like they were loose. My husband’s band was bent up from years of construction and I was hoping to get it rounded back out. She asked me if I could wait ten minutes while Jon looked at my ring and while she straightened my husbands out. Literally during that ten minute time frame 8 other customers came and went. Some picked up items. Others dropped things off. There was another gal working too. Their customer service was impeccable. When my gal came back with both of my rings ready to go I was shocked. My ring just needed a little adjustment and a cleaning and the same with my husbands band. When I asked how much she told me no charge. I still can’t believe it. It was well worth the 40 mile round trip. I will definitely go back. Their customer service is top notch! Thank you Jon...

I just read the 1 star review. Some people just cannot be happy. It inspired me to write of my own experience as a counterpoint.

My fiancee and I have been in to the shop probably 3 times in the last e years working on a custom design for my wedding ring.

They have ordered in stones for the ring at their own expense. Made multiple wax mock ups of the design. Made amazing recommendations and spent literally HOURS discussing the ring and checking pricing and making drawings etc.

It has been 3 YEARS. And I have yet to pay a dime. For all the work they have put in. And all of the stones they have already ordered and wax designs they have made and time they have spent with us in person and on the phone with NEVER A COMPLAINT OR SINGLE REQUEST FOR ANY MONEY. And they have always been friendly and accommodating and cheerful.

Jon knows his craft. He has a keen eye for detail. His work is impeccable, and he has the perfect sense for beauty and art in his work, besides function and practicality when he is designing or placing jewelry and gemstones. His prices are the most reasonable I have ever seen compared to all the jewelry stores I've been to. He sells neckchains, loose gemstones, diamonds, lab made gemstones and natural, and jewelry of all kinds...all at wonderful prices.
