Pizza Guys — Restaurant in California

I've been ordering Pizza from this location for years. They're always friendly, the manager is awesome and the food is great. But, what made me write this review is Chloe. I stopped in to grab a pizza after a terrible day. I've been going through a lot lately. I don't have the greatest family to put it nicely. Ive been extremely emotional. I was a little flustered when ordering. Chloe was so nice an helpful and I apologized and told her I've had a long terrible day. When i went back in to grab my pizza Chloe said "I made u a cookie, I hope things get better for you." Then when I got home and opened my pizza box. On the inside on the top of the box it said. "I hope this cheers you up and things get better for you. I literally cried. I needed that at that moment. I needed to be reminded that there are people in this world with huge hearts that care. Just little acts of kindness like that really help. You never know what someone is going through and how much those little things can mean. Thank you Chloe. We order here quite often and I have never had bad service. Always been really great, but tonight they went above and beyond when I answered the door, dog barking, toddler running around naked and baby crying, I dropped my extra large to the floor and some fell out. I was ready to cry. The driver helped me salvage what I could and held the box while I cleaned it up. He was very kind and left apologizing even though it was very much my fault. About 15 minutes later the store called me back and apologized and told me they could deliver another pizza and garlic bread or they could put a free one on my number. I was speechless. My son ordered pizzas to pick up after his son’s karate promotion ceremony. When I arrived, the pizzas were ready and waiting for us in an insulated delivery bag. The bag stayed at the store, but the pizzas were warm when we got home 10 minutes later. Great that they had gluten free and dairy free options to meet dietary restrictions.
