Snooty Frog — Restaurant in California

My Late Husband and I always felt comfortable at "Snooty Frogs". This has been our "Go to Restaurant" for years. Valentine's Day, Birthday's, New Year's...You have a Special Occasion? This is now "My go to Place" as I feel comfortable with Michelle and John anytime I've been on my own. I feel this is THE place to go if you are not in a relationship. I have always felt welcomed and cared for by John and Michelle. No strangers here. Food is Excellent!! Never have I been disappointed. Best Filet Mignon ever! I always have Michelle throw together a "Bernais sauce" which is the BEST!! They will do special requests as well. My late Husband and I have been going to wherever John and Michelle are for about 34 years! Love it!! Atmosphere is cosy. Was there Valentine's dinner. Service was horrible. Waited forever for our food. So long we were ready to leave and go home. Table next to us complained of the wait also. My wife's steak was over cooked. They did NOTHING to correct it . They we NOT even busy. Spent over $150.00 . Waist of time and money. Will not recommend this place to anyone and will NOT go back. This is an old school jaz playin martini bar and specialty restaurant. The food is great. The owners are your chef and server and bartender. It's intimate dimly lit dining that Sinatra would approve of. The double cut pork chop is a must try. I absolutely love visiting here.
