My daughter and I stopped by here to grab something to eat on our way home from a trip. We used the restroom, then went to order our food. We were passed by one employee in the hall of the restroom, and encountered another cleaning. Not a problem. After we left the restroom to take our order there was we went up to the counter where there was nobody in line. Another employee looked at us and we said "Hi" to her she stared straight at us and turnes around. The employee that had been cleaning the restroom came into the counter area, we said "Hi" to her and remained waiting at the register. She turned around, smiled, and left the kitchen, returning back down the hall. Two men cam and picked up an order that the lady behind the counter may have been working on, but a "Hello" or "We'll be with you as soon as we can" would have been nice! The men left and still nothing. I called to the lady and said, "Excuse me, we're ready to take our order," but nothing. She looked at us again and continued to make us wait, without speaking to us. The drive-thru had not been busy, so I don't know what the problem was. I was very nice to everyone I encountered. We left and went to the McDonald's in McFarland, 23 minutes away, instead.    Read moreI came here around 10pm on a Sunday. Drive-thru wasnât busy at all just a few cars ahead of me, but I had placed a mobile order ahead of time. Usually when you pull up to a McDonaldâs you either hear the prerecorded message of if youâre using the mobile app or someone is actually saying âWelcome to McDonaldâsâ. But like the other reviews customer service is an issue. The lady wasnât friendly at all. Even the Burger King down the street is pretty bad with the customer service as well. Now the food came out hot and it was all correct but I had forgotten to double check on the sauces I had requested even though it was noted in the app. Those I had never received and I blame myself as well for not checking before leaving. So far, this place is your average McDonaldâs and itâs not much different from many other McDonaldâs aside from the poor customer service. I donât know how clean it was inside the dining area but others have stated it is an issue. If thatâs the case and the customer service still stinks, it wonât be looking good for the business later down the road. Overall this is an okay place to stop by if you got nowhere else to go, but if customer service is what youâre big on; donât expect the other fast food places on this street to be...

Ordered food today on the app. Picked up the food drive all the way home and an item was forgotten of course, so I had to drive all the way back. I thought to myself âI better take the whole order so it can be remade because only a lunatic wants cold McDonaldâs. Once I got into the store the lady at the front asked how she could help me. I replied saying âyou guys forgot a part of my order.â A woman in the back then asked what was missing and I said the item. She then grabbed a box of which they obviously forgot to put in my order bag so again it had been sitting there. I then replied âI would just like the whole order remadeâ they said we can only remake your fries and nuggets, not the whole order. I then did not want ti start a scene so I asked for a refund but of course I ordered on the app and Iâll have to go through the app for a refundâŠ. I canât tell you how many times Iâve gone to this location and gotten an order wrong. Apparently now I have to go in and order on an electric kiosk, and double check to make sure my items were put in the bag. Iâm just one step away from becoming an employee myself. $20 an hour is a joke for fast...
