Worst service ever! I visited this place towards the night, and I was offered leftovers for my side order; when I asked to prepare a fresh side since I was ordering a bowl and a plate, I was asked to wait 10 minutes, and I had to ask about my food after 24 minutes, the person I asked if my food was the food that had been sitting on the counter for 20 minutes was mine, he stated that he didn't know and walked away. I asked the person who helped, but she was confused. I then mentioned to the manager, and her teapond was, do you want a free side? I was not there to get anything free since I ordered the correct amount. The whole team looked at me and said they thought I was waiting for a to-go order, but nobody seemed to care. When I picked up my order, I realized they had given me the leftovers and some freshly cooked items. I understand you may forget to provide sauces, fortune cookies, forks, or chopsticks, which happened in the exact location on different occasions, but this topped off. I completed an online survey thinking that someone would reply, but instead, I received a free side order on my next purchase. I figured the corporation does not care about its customers. Why would its employees care? Free stuff does not fix problems; training and correcting issues...

If I could I give zero stars to this place I would do it! since it’s very disappointing how rude and discriminating the stuff on this restaurant is, I went to this place Saturday morning on the 10th 22nd 2022 and it was very disappointing for me, first time I went on the drive through And the Lady that was helping me on the drive through speaker she said she couldn’t serve anyone because the manager was not at the restaurant at the moment, so I said I come back she said come back in 20 minutes but I decided to park on the side of the restaurant And all of a sudden I see this sheriff going into the drive-through and I caught this person on video serving food to this officer!when she said that she was not going to be able to do that till maybe 10:20 or 1030 and it was barely 10:11am I said !! I showed up here at approximately 9:10 pm on Saturday july 24th ready to order my dinner but I was turned away. I was confused as to why because I know that the closing time is 9:30. I asked why and the person at the window said that they closed at 9. I asked if they had made an adjustment to their hours and they said no they only closed at nine today.
