Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in California

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Papa John’s was so frustrating I felt compelled to speak up. From the moment I walked in, I was completely ignored. I stood at the counter for several minutes—at least 10—while multiple employees walked by, looked directly at me, and said absolutely nothing. No “Hi,” no “We’ll be with you in a moment,” nothing. Just silence and avoidance. I tried making eye contact and even said “Hello?” a few times, but it was like I was invisible. One employee glanced at me, then turned away and kept working without acknowledging me at all.

Eventually, I had to ask if someone could help me, and even then, the response was dismissive, like I was inconveniencing them. No apology for the wait, no explanation. Just bad attitude. I wasn’t being rude or impatient—I just wanted to pick up my order and go. The vibe in the store was chaotic, disorganized, and completely indifferent to customer service. It honestly felt like they didn’t care whether I was there or not.

This kind of service is unacceptable. If you’re too busy to help customers, at least say something. A simple “Hey, we’ll be right with you” goes a long way. But to act like a customer doesn’t exist? That’s beyond unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d advise others to think twice before wasting...

Service was horrible. They forgot to deliver my pizza! I call them to see what had happened and Aubry their shift manager got all emotional and hung up on me. I call back and her thug co worker picks up the phone and tells me too bad we forgot come pick it up. Then challenges me to a fight and starts to threaten me. This is Quartz Hill, this guy Marcel needs to go work in East Palmdale or better yet be fired from this...

If I lived closer to town, I would have definitely brought it back! The dough was uncooked and gummy with no flavor. First time at this location, I usually go to the one at 20th West Ave K or on my way home the one on Second Canyon in Valencia. Now I have to cook it and pray it doesn't suck. Unfortunately I'm on propane and don't plan on refilling cause I am moving out of state.....auuuaghhhh dinner...
