PaPa Pancho's Taqueria — Restaurant in California

Tonight was my first time ordering from here. I ordered the chicken fajitas. They could use a little more seasoning. The food was fresh and hot (I LOVE when my food is hot!). It was prepared nicely... I'm gonna, throw this chicken in a skillet and add a little seasoning to it, add some cheese and sour cream! If I had to make a choice, I would prefer less seasoned, than over seasoned. I will be going back to this place to try other items on the menu. The food is great here but its much more greasy since the ownership changed!! I've been coming here for 11 years and I had no problem with the food. Though the Al Pastor is very very greasy and the burritos are not the same. I feel bad typing this because the owners are amazing but this is just how I feel.

This is a family owned business and run by the whole family. They season the shredded chicken in red sauce, excellently. I have tried many of the dinner plates and have never been disappointed.
