With the amount of money I spend here and the disrespect I received today blows my mind. They have messed up my order countless times, and I had to drive back. I never made a review before, but after today, it's time I do. In the past, I ordered Carne Asada fries. The time before today. The cashier called them Mexi Cali fries. And received what I expected to receive. So today I went again and ordered them like the other person said and I was given something completely different. I called the store to let them know my order wasn't right. She said, "Please come back, and we'll correct it. As I was walking out of my house, I received a call from the lady asking me to bring back the food. I don't have a problem doing it, but that is so unsanitary. I explained to the lady while I was on the phone that my teen daughter had already begun eating them. She said "That's fine, still bring them back" Because the order was my daughters. We realized that the order was wrong after she ate some of it. When I brought them back, the cashier had the audacity to say, "You ate some of them," and I said "yes, I told you that when we realized the order was wrong. Needless to say. She said I'll exchange the order this time, but next time, someone else may not do it. First of all, why would she just assume there will be a next time. That's rude to say that. And secondly, I won't be coming back here. I'll drive an additional 4 miles to the location that is franchise near Winchester and Hot Springs rather than supporting this corporate store that is disrespectful to their customers. Read moreWe visited the 4th of July because it was one of the few non fast food chain joints open and we wanted decent food. Well turns out we should have just went to Taco Bell instead because whoever was on shift yesterday evening seriously needs some retraining or needs to find a new line of work. First off when I pay $60 for food I expect to get pretty good Mexican food, the food was average at best. Secondly the employees do not know they’re menu because I was charged extra for a drink that was supposed to come with the meal, when I told them about it they said, “well you can talk to the manager tomorrow”. I told them the menu on the board says it comes with a drink and they said well it doesn’t show up in our computer that way, needless to say they basically argued with me but eventually refunded that money. Third after waiting for at least 10-15 minutes we were given our food, we pulled ahead and started to pass out the food, by the time we got out to Margarita we realized that my monster burrito was missing, we had to turn around and drive back, after we got my monster burrito and left again we realized that an entire kids meal of taquitos rice and beans was also missing from my meal, at this point I was so irritated I didn’t bother going back. She indicated that she could not only a mgr could refund . There was no manager on sight nor would she issue the refund. Then my order recieved no fork, napkins, or hot sauce. I had to ask. She spent most of her time chatting with the cook. Obnioysly not focused or properly trained by a real manager. This resturant has poor service and reduces the need to bring them business.
