EMPLOYEES SEEMED NICE ENOUGH, AND THEY MIGHT NOT KNOW ALL WHAT TRANSPIRES WITHIN THIS "HOLE IN THE WALL" TYPE OF A RESTAURANT. BUT, UP FRONT BY THE CASH REGISTER, THE FIRST THING YOU WILL NOTICE, IS HOW ALL THE SAUCES ARE FULLY OUT IN THE OPEN, SANS SNEEZE GUARD.

SERVING FOOD TAMPERED WITH, AND EXPIRING/EXPIRED FOOD. FELL ILL AFTER EATING THE FOULEST 🫢 TASTING, OVERPRICED PLATE OF HALF AND HALF CHILAQUILES I'VE EVER CONSUMED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. (not to mention the 75 cent charge on any and all card transactions, btw). HOW DO I PUT THIS? MY PLATE OF FOOD TASTED JUST LIKE SOMEONE HAD SPIT ON IT AFTER HAVING DONE SOME TASTE-TESTING ON BOTH THE PIÑA AND HORCHATA BEVERAGES THEY HAD PREPARED FOR THE DAY. THAT NOTICABLE TINGE WAS JUST SO SUS RIGHT OUT THE GATE. 🤷‍♂️ THAT, AND A ROTTING-LIKE CINNAMONY FLAVOR THAT SEEMED TO GO "ATOP" THE FOOD "ONLY". JUST FOUL, GUT WRETCHING. 🤢 I THEN HAD TASTED MY FRIEND'S PLATE, AND IT TASTED FINE. NOTE, WE HAD ORDERED THE SAME THING.🤔

LEFT RIPPED OFF, LIVID, AND THEN FELL ILL TO MY STOMACH. OTHER POSTS HERE MENTION OF AN EMPLOYEE'S FRUSTRATIONS BEING VENTED RIGHT OUT IN FRONT OF PATRONS REGARDING HOW THEY COME BACK TO EAT AND "DON'T TIP." I DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING SUGGESTING SIMILAR FRUSTRATIONS NOR ANYTHING NEGATIVE DURING MY VISIT. ALL SEEMED COPACETIC.

IT WAS JUST MY PLATE OF FOOD WAS SO GODAWFUL. MORE POSTS SHOW THIS PLACE CLOSIN' UP EARLY. WELL, PERHAPS CLOSE IT UP FOR GOOD, IF THIS IS THE KIND OF FOOD YOU ARE PLANNING ON SERVING FROM OUT THAT KITCHEN, OK? 🤷‍♂️

Okay so ive only tried the wings on Wing Wensday when their 1$ a Peice and they were actually pretty good the sauce choices are really good i recommend the Thai Chilli its Sweet with a little kick but sadly lets get to the downside of things on my first vist.. So i ordered over the phone 30 minutes before my Lunch the lady on the phone told me it will be ready in about 15 minutes. I arrived about 30 minutes after i called and when i got their the line was short but it took about 3 minutes to even get to the next person in line so after waiting 10 minutes to get to the front i had thought my food would've been ready by now but when im about to pay the other lady tossing the wings and cooking them i presume told me if it was okay to wait another 10 minutes that was crazy but i was already waiting this long if i go anywhere else ill barely have time to eat my food. So i waited and after 1 Hour since i placed the call i finally got the food. I will definitely not be going here on my break ever again i wanted to make this a regular spot since i work about 5 minutes away but yea thats not going to...

I came to check out Richie's Hot Chicken after seeing them advertise their $1 Wing Wednesday promotion. The total came out to be $22 for 18 wings. That's a price you can't beat! The question for these deals is really how much they sacrifice in quality for the cheap prices and in this case.. a lot. The wings were pretty small which is to be expected for $1 but they were also super dry and seemed overcooked. We had lemon pepper, mango habanero, and Thai chili, and all the seasonings/sauces were pretty good. Even though the wings were so cheap, I left feeling like my chicken cravings weren't completely satisfied. I wonder if I just came on a bad day because they seemed understaffed and some of their photos of other items still look good. At least for the wings, low prices came with much lower quality.
