Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I called to place an order and the lady I spoke with was extremely rude as if I'm inconveniencing her for spending money and placing an order. When I finally went to pick up the food I waited at the front desk for almost 10 minutes as I watched NUMEROUS waiters and waitresses look at me, see me standing there, and never coming to ask if I needed help. I then got frustrated from waiting so long to be helped so I walked up to the bar to try and get someone's attention and was then ignored by an additional 5 employees that passed by several times while I am CLEARLY standing there waiting to be helped. There was a gentleman also standing near me and One of the Waitresses proceeded to ask HIM if he had been helped, looked over at me, and walked away. Never asking me if I've also been helped. I then had to tap a waitress on her shoulder to get her attention and she was ALSO extremely rude to me. I got a 10 piece boneless wings/ 10 piece traditional/ SMALL fry/ 1 side of ranch and 1 side of blue cheese. I spent a total of $42 which is the MOST I've ever spent on an order this small at a wing restaurant. The traditional wings were straight BONES...barley ANY meat at all. The flavors and heat levels they advertise on the menu are not at all accurate. Fries were cold and tasted like old cooking oil. My blue cheese dressing was like JELLO. Tasted soiled and disgusting. Please. Do yourself a favor and DONT EVER COME HERE please take your money elsewhere. Wing stop has WAY better quality wings for HALF the price. Just wing it is absolutely amazing and at least their price makes sense because their wings are full of meat and sauce. I was able to purchase 10 boneless/ 10 traditional/ a LARGE FRY/ 1 alcoholic drink/ and 2 large soft drinks for only $35. Seriously. This place sucks. I'm a customer bringing MY paying money and expecting to at least get what I paid for. Completely unacceptable. If you see a customer clearly waiting ASK if they need help. I shouldn't have to go into a business and chase down an employee to help me. -0 stars...

Still on a quest for the best burger in town. Heard that the burgers here were pretty amazing, so I decided to give it a try. When you walk in you're in a giant bar and performance venue. I went a little before noon and the place was empty except for two ladies dining at a table. I got a seat at the bar and ordered one of the burgers. It came out fairly quickly on a piece of wood cut out in the shape of a guitar, which I won't lie was kind of cool. Fries came in a little tin bucket, also cool and a nice touch. Fries were outstanding. Perfect amount, perfect crispiness, probably double-fried. The burger was very large compared to most Burger offerings you're going to find in town. There was no lack of beef and it needed a pointed dowel to keep it from falling over it was so big. If you're into big burgers you'll be happy. The thickness of the Patty was awesome, the melted cheese and jalapeno bottle caps were awesome, the onion lettuce and tomato also awesome. This would have been an 11 out of 10 experience if not for two things. The first was the 1 oz of ranch dressing that I was asked if I'd like for the fries, that came with an additional $1.25 up-charge. The second thing that the burger was missing was something acidic. Pickled onions, a pickle, something with a little vinegar to cut through all the salt and delicious fat of the meat and gooey cheese. Final bill including an iced tea came out to like 25 bucks. Was it good? Yes. Am I sad I went? No. Can I afford to eat $25 hamburgers more than once a year? Probably not. But if this is the kind of food they serve at night when the bar is hopping and you've got a half dozen beers in you and you're feeling hungry, this burger is going to leave you...

I have only been at the southwest location and did like it ! The ambiance The music!!! Today, we were invited to join our friends that were excited to see Mentoburo perform !!! But more so!!! To celebrate our friends retirement!!! A member of our group called to make a reservation!!! They told her that To hold a table they wanted $100 deposit that we were told is not used towards your tab!!! So basically pay to hold a reservation!!! We all arrived between 5:30 and 6:30 !!! They told us wait time an hour!!! With so many places to go to in Bakersfield, I would never wait an hour!!! To have a beer or to eat!!! But we stuck it because we wanted to celebrate our friend!! It is literally 7:45 and we finally gave up! We never got in !!! Horrible organization of this event !! Every time we kept checking in we kept getting different answers !!! Patrons kept stepping out and other that arrived way later than us !!! And they were seated or allowed in ! But...
