Lady who works there is a little stand offish, not to friendly from the moment I walked in. I picked what I wanted, she said it'll be delivered at the end of the week because the top part of the fridge wasn't work(not making temperature). ...didn't receive a call after a week. I had to call to find out whats going on with the $1300 fridge I paid cash for. ...it took them another week to bring it to me for it to only work one day. I purchased it on May 17th. Received it a week ago. It's been almost a month, it's only worked two separate days. They said a mechanic was going to come out last week. No mechanic. I always have to call, and call...they don't attempt to call me, call back or even answer the phone. Now, they want me to wait until a shipment comes in to exchange for a different fridge because they can't get the one and only machanic out here to do repairs, in addition to they won't give me my money back. I've been calling them this whole week to see if the new merch has arrived. My phone goes straight to voice-mail, as if they blocked my number... I wanted to purchase other items from them, but with this bad experience, I am uncomfortable with them and the way they are handling their customers. Their customer service skills are mediocre. At this point, they aren't here to serve the public, they just want the money. Read morePaid a deposit for some appliances, advised the representative who was helping me that I wanted to verify manufacture warranty info as well as see the condition of a fridge that was currently in transit that I also was putting a deposit down on before proceeding through with the transaction. The representative told me that was no problem and I am more than welcome to verify that information before proceeding with the purchase. I was unable to verify the status of the manufacturer warranty and decided it wasn’t worth the risk, so I reached out to Zaid wanting to cancel my deposit. Zaid was willing to try and help me by offering me an extended 3rd party warranty, but after seeing the reviews of the 3rd party warranty I was pretty set on just getting new. He then advised me that the owners will not refund my deposit, so I am now going through the lengthy process of going through a chargeback.
I can’t really say anything about the actual products as I didn’t actually own any, but I am disappointed that this is the process to which I have to go through just to get my deposit back.
