Ordered bean and cheese burrito- it was perfect Kids quesadilla -glob of cheese inside no cheese pull, not cut for a child to eat but was a child’s size tortilla! Also ordered the carne asada fries (full) the box. Was half filled and literally was the amount that could fill the half sized box(yes I transferred it as I was highly annoyed) again a glob of melted cheese that they melted over top of the guac I paid extra for. It did not look appealing at all. I feel like I got scammed. This visit was horrible compared to other locations I’ve visited. Counter staff was friendly when I arrived for this online order pickup. I asked for a burrito with carne asada, cheese, fries, sour cream and guac. The lady taking our order scolded us, “that’s a California burrito” then finished our order. I know they’re similar but the Cali burrito don't have our guac and sour cream and it has pico. She very carelessly took our payment and gave us our food. We got home and found that the burrito only had cheese, fries and carne. It’s not what I order. If order takers are going to try and correct the customer, they should at least be right. Which is not the case here. The workers are rude and they hardly ever get me and my families orders correct. They need to be retrained and given a course of customer service. We ordered the carne asada burrito and the fish burrito. Our number one go-to is definitely the carne asada fries. But each new item we try we end up loving! Due to car troubles we haven't been able to eat in the restaurant for a while, but even on delivery the food is made quickly and is just as delicious and fresh as eating inside. They always give us extra salsa and the most crispiest chips. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The prices are fair and there's a lot of variety in food and drinks, even desserts. It's definitely kid-friendly with their kids...
