I’ve been a daily customer at this Starbucks, but today was disappointing. I brought my own cup and simply asked for ice and water, only to be told that a new policy prohibits them from providing it for free. It’s frustrating that a basic courtesy, offered for years, has now been taken away. I like the sign saying to be kind and friendly too your fellow people. I found the store to be up to that standard with a friendly staff and very good service. The drive-thru was pretty busy so it's faster just to walk in. Also there's indoor and outdoor seating areas that were socially distance and readily available. A well-run little shop...
