I just(8pm) had a very unpleasant customer service experience with manager, Daniel in this store. I have been a Starbucks customer for probably as many years as she has been living, here(Morongo), San Diego, Santa Cruz, and NY, NY. My drink is a triple espresso macchiato in a grande cup - bone dry, foam up. I've never had a problem ordering this drink. I have been consistently charged $2.75. Daniel explained to me that the only way she could ring my drink up would be as a latte or some such, costing $4 and change. I explained that I've been buying this drink every day for years and have always been charged $2.65. I would describe her demeanor as curt and rather snide. Very unpleasant. This is the first time I have ever sent a complaint or...
Read moreWe made an order this morning and asked our barista to put the food order in separate bags. I repeated that at the beginning when I ordered, and at the end when she repeated to me what I ordered. Well, they gave us the food in the same bag. I know that they are probably not responsible for what Starbucks doesn't provide when comes to supplies/utensils. But they definitely should make sure they listen when you ask to separate your order. They don't know how bad can be if someone is allergic and food gets mixed. On the bright side, their new black recyclable...

I went to wash my hands and noticed both restrooms were open. There was no sign saying they were closed, so I used the sink. A barista came in and said, “Excuse me, this is closed.” It felt awkward, especially as she stood there while I finished. Then I saw her do the same thing to someone else. The whole vibe was off, and it felt like the staff was treating customers poorly because of the less-than-ideal setup. Not what you’d expect from a typical Starbucks experience, especially for a...
