Try to avoid ordering on the app if possible. Especially if you want your sandwich made with "extra" or "light" or want a certain type of way.
If your a regular order person, than definitely order on the app. Not long ago I ordered a foot long with extra lettuce and extra olives, and for some reason it looked like it was a pinch of both. When I ask for extra I mean EXTRA not just a little razzledazzle pinch. I honestly don't get a lot on my sandwich. Literally only mayo, lettuce and olives and sometimes spinach. Nothing else. No tomatoes, no cucumbers, etc. So I can tell when I'm not getting the extra of the only thing I ask to be put on the sandwich. Come on now
Also, I am not a fan of fountain drinks, I always order a bottled soda. When I went to pick up my app order, I grabbed a bottle cola and the cashier tried to tell me I didn't order it.

Ordered from this place for months, 4-5 times a week for lunch, and on multiple occasions have been unable to pick up my order before the store closes. That's fine my fault, but the next day I came in and asked if I could have my order remade or get a refund, and was denied both options and was instead offered 10% off my next order.
Ive spent probably thousands on sandwiches at this establishment and they can't give me an order that I already paid for?
Half the time the cheese wasn't even melted or items came unseasoned but I didn't complain because the employees were teenagers and it's probably their first job.

I paid extra for extra meat only to get the regular allotted meat on my sandwich. Either the individual is extremely hard hearing or just didn't want to work that day is beyond me. The employees need extra training to help their customers if they want them to return. Maybe if they turn the music off then maybe they can get their sandwiches perfect.
