I know being in the digital age not everyone wants to deal with people. I get it. Taco Bell took it to a new level. I just left my chiropractor appointment got my neck cracked feeling hungry instead of going to McDonald's as my usual instead I went to Taco Bell. I would tell you about the service but their wasn't any I was there for 10 minutes and couldn't get a hi or welcome in. An elder woman who works there even walked up to the counter didn't even look in my direction her head stayed down the whole time. She might have been clocking out don't know but she could have at least said how can I help you or let me get someone to help you but nope she just walked away. After 10 minutes of waiting someone I think is a manager came out and said are you ready to pay I politely told her no I don't even wanna order since no one bothered to acknowledge my presence there let alone take my order. The employee or manager proceeds to tell me they don't take orders it's done on the kiosk I was like for real okay is there a sign. I give it to them they did have a small sign on one part of the counter which I didn't see so I couldn't get mad at them. I should have looked down looked around look for the sign but who looks for a sign when going to a fast food place that's my fault obviously. No they should have that sign on the door saying use the kiosk machine when you come in this establishment . Like I said they do not do customer service or acknowledge their customers at Taco Bell at least not at this particular one I'm not a big Taco Bell person maybe they all don't do customer service don't know I might have to try another one. They don't even acknowledge their customers being in the building. Maybe too many sodas in the face I get it I work in a place where I get threatened by my customers too but I still provide excellent customer service at least at least I acknowledge my customers. A basic hi would do or a welcome in then point me to the kiosk or have a sign on the door I don't know. I'm just saying if you going to have a kiosk machine have a sign on the outside door so it's the first thing people will see and if they still walk past and their waiting at least provide basic customer service and acknowledge them. because not everybody going to know when walking in a fast food joint that they are not going to get any help by physical person. All in all the manager of the person who did talk to me she was polite the building was clean spectacularly probably cuz they stop doing customer service so people stop going inside the establishment drive through only. I'm not going to go about the bathrooms cuz I didn't go inside one. Just for future reference if anybody reads this don't expect customer service it's overrated. I do apologize that last part is just me being petty and that's it.

Food: if you like cold food this is your place. Service: just went downstairs. Staff member was friendly and patient while I ordered and asked questions. The nachos looked pretty good, but the sour creme ratio could improve and some of the nachos were already soggy by the time I got home. Surprisingly, there was enough cheese and meat for the nachos! Overall, pretty good.

Staff member was friendly and patient while I ordered and asked questions. The nachos looked pretty good, but the sour creme ratio could improve and some of the nachos were already soggy by the time I got home. Surprisingly, there was enough cheese and meat for the nachos! Overall, pretty good.

This Taco Bell is closest to my house so I definitely go to this one mostly, although I am starting to wonder if I should drive further and go to the one on Howe. My biggest problem with this Location is that they constantly serve the nacho fries with cold fries. This hasn’t happened to me just once or twice or even three times I can guarantee over the last couple of years since nacho fries has gone on and off the menu and then became permanent. this has happened probably about 20 to 30 times and it’s ridiculous. They should never be serving cold food. It’s literally a health hazard, but the fact that they do and are clearly getting away with it a Probably why there’s no incentive for them to change even though I always try to take it back However, when it’s my boyfriend who orders and brings at home, I don’t want to send him back because he’s usually worked a long day so I End up, throwing them away and not even eating them because I don’t wanna eat cold food, but I also can’t always take the order back every time. So I’ve made a habit when I order to tell them straight out the order window that I need them to put in fresh hot nacho fries because I do not wanna eat them cold And if they choose not to then I’m gonna get back in line and I’m gonna make them remake them until I get a hot order and if that’s not possible to just please let me know because I just won’t pay for them or have them on my order today if that’s what they’re gonna do for the day and when I say that the person taking the order usually gets very defensive like we’re so sorry for your past experience we promised that will give you a hot fresh order today. It’s no problem. You just might have to wait a little bit in the parking lot upfront because we will have to make them fresh and brand new and I’m like OK but here’s the thing like if you know you have to make them fresh and brand new then how long are you letting the fries sit there like it doesn’t make any sense. When I have caught them giving me a cold order and I immediately bring it back around I know, though whoever is working with the window that sweet lady usually gets very frustrated and will lux the workers in the back saying you know that you’re not supposed to be serving cold fries like you need to follow the rules and getting rid of the old ones and replacing them with fresh ones. The last three times that I had my boyfriend pick us up Taco Bell after work and I have even told him the very last time which was a few weeks ago to just tell To please do a fresh order and guess what he didn’t check it again which I told my boyfriend multiple times you have to judge you have to fill the fries and guess what he brought them home and my house is literally three minutes down the road from Taco Bell and guess what they were you guessed it COLD. I don’t Understand what’s so hard for these workers here to just serve hot fries! The new remodel looks great. Though have gone back thru drive thru. Not exactly what the problem is with making orders but took 18 minutes to get my order thru drive thru.if I hadn't paid for it already I would have driven off. When I got the order finally.... i was rushed off even though I explained that was only 1/2 my order. He proceeded to close the window on me. So after a long day of work, the reason going through drive thru was soI would not have to get out of my car..I had to drive around, get out, go in and request the rest of my order, he laughed as he tossed me the rest of my food and laughed "oh my bad." There were 3 people in there I assume the heavy Male was the manger by his shirt. He residedand said he was taking a break and didn't want to be bothered. It doesn't help with a great remodel if you don't have the staff improvement. You will always get a bad crowd and a bad reputation of place not to mention the people hanging out there that I only assume were the employees friends. Too bad. WaS really hopeing it was a total improvement...
