My boy friend and I had a rather poor experience at this togos. I had ordered ahead on the mobile app at 5:00pm and got the email confirmation that it would be done around 5:15 pm. I walked in and there was about 3 people in line getting sandwiches made, I didnt think it was a huge deal and waited quietly in line to ask about my order, the employee behind the counter was short with the other customers and rude. Another gentleman walked in and was clearly looking at the menu and hadn't said anything, the employee looked over at him in a rude tone asked him if he was here for a mobile pick up, because if he is she hadn't even started it yet. He said no and left shortly there after. My boyfriend had come in so I decided to use the bathroom since the wait was taking longer then expected. Afterward I walked back over to the counter to ask her about my mobile order once she was done with different customer, but before I could ask she snapped at me asking me if I was there to order or was waiting for pick up, I said yes and she responded with Well instead of standing there in line like you want to order go stand somewhere else so your not in the way of the other customers, mind you it was just me and my boyfriend and another man who had been sitting at a table at the togos. I understand she was by herself, but she was extremely rude with her interaction...
Read moreTogo's sandwiches. I'm one of the lucky few still had the opportunity to eat at their very first location on San Fernando Street in San Jose California. I want to say around 1971 I could be wrong on that. But I could be wrong on the date that they actually opened all I know is they turned into my favorite sandwich destinations there are. My favorite sandwich is the number 9 with provolone cheese and jalapeno peppers and when you order and number 9 you get it full of meat not like some of those other sandwich change that you order from that say that they weigh the meat but I have a feeling they hold their finger on the scale I actually boycott a different brand of sandwiches because of that I got all the way home turn on a pastrami sandwich add for little tiny pieces of pastrami on it I was so upset I actually took it back. I promise I will never ever patronize their company again show again went wanting a sandwich if there's not a Togo's around you look to see if there's a Deli open somewhere such as your local grocery store but Togo's is definitely the place I say number one place to buy a sandwich they have...

I was standing there watching them make sandwiches for every single person in the lunch hour rush. I asked twice for a refund so I could make it home for the tile cutting to be done for me and the lady looked at me and said it was literally her third day and she could not even do that for me but the biggest problem is they continue to make sandwiches for everybody else. looked up at the crowd and stated that I had an emergency? But I don’t have an emergency you screwed up! Order stated it would be ready and it was allowing them already 25 minutes to make a sandwich .
