TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in California

We ordered 2 sandwiches to take out. The #24 turkey and avocado and the #33 triple dip. The Turkey & Avocado was not satisfactory. At all. I love avocados but this was clearly old and brown. I tried removing it but it was spread all over, yuk. The bread was dry cuz hardly any mayo was spread and only on one side. I specifically asked for extra mayo cuz I didn't want mustard. The old avocado totally ruined my sandwich. I picked thru it to try to enjoy it but didn't finish eating it. Also not much care was put into making it as the ingredients were all just kinda thrown together and barely much turkey in it. The triple dip sandwich was enjoyed I'm told but the au juis in a cup was burnt or gone bad. It had to be thrown out! Either this was a careless server, a bad day, or lousy customer service we get today. There was only one other person inside dining in so it was no rush. Not sorry to say I will NOT be returning to this location. I've enjoyed Togo's for many years as my favorite sandwich eatery at other locations but now dissapointed. Worst experience coming to this location and Hana was really rude.first I don’t live in the area but I Ordered my sandwich and my unions tasted pretty spoiled, I called and was told no worries my name would be written down so of course I just tossed my receipt so today I drive 20minutes just to pick up my sandwich. Hana helped me while huffing and puffing looking through the book just to say o I don’t see your name and without a receipt I can’t do anything. I'm sad to say they have discontinued some of my favorite sandwiches, bbq beef and roast beef dip, (french dip) still have the good old #24, if that one goes away so will I !! It's March 2022, prices seam to be up close to 20% higher then before the pandemic, they do make a good sandwich 🥪 so I just grin, and bare it. Still grinning still barring it. My usual order now is the Asian chicken salad, Double helping of meat, with 2 containers of dressings, It is outstanding. Business really seems to be picking up now that the pandemic has ended.
