Pizza Twist — Restaurant in Sacramento

I had the worst pizza delivery experience in my entire life. I ordered online where I ordered a cheese pizza with a pepperoni topping. There is a box when you order the pizza if you have special instructions so I said sides of ranch. I also ordered garlic bread. I ordered one sprite and one coke. Received an email that my order would be done in 75 minutes. Awaiting our order, it took longer than the 75 minutes. The delivery guy came to my house high AF. His eyes were red as can be which is unprofessional. I took the order and asked where was the sides of ranch and he tells me that it didn't say that in my order at all and that it costs extra. I said I would have paid for it if was not included or would have liked a call about the side of ranch. He gives me two cans of soda which are both coke. I say to him well this wrong as well and shut the door because he had already walked away. Opened my pizza box and it the pizza was just warm like it had been cooked over half a hour ago. The garlic bread was cheese bread. My husband called the company and the manager or whoever is in charge and I told him about what was wrong and he told me there was no sprite so that is why they gave us two cokes. I said well if you couldn't do the correct order you could have called and said there is no sprite. I told him about the garlic bread and he said it is garlic bread they put garlic on the bread and put cheese on top of it! How is that garlic bread?! I talked about the ranch and again he said if you ordered on the phone we could have added that. I then told the manager that his delivery guy was high and that was very unprofessional and he was like that is just an excuse. He hangs up the phone. So whoever wants to go to an unprofessional, rude, and non caring pizza place this...

I ordered two small pizzas. First of all the two small pizzas came to $40. I was shocked at the price but still willing to make the purchase. I ordered on line and received a confirmation stating that my order would be delivered and it would arrive in approximately 50 minutes. After an hour 1 1/2 hr. I called the actual pizza parlor. The employee that answered the phone stated that he never received the order. He then contacted his manager. The manager told his employee, that he did receive the order, however, since he, (the manager) didn’t have a driver to deliver my order, so,he canceled the order, without informing me. By this time it was 9:30pm. With no compensation offered, I was informed that I could reorder and wait an additional 50 minutes.
