DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. TREEHOUSE IS NOT THE SAME AS COOKIE CO. TOTAL WASTE OF SPACE AND TIME.

Tried to go here since they moved. I had an email for 25% off my first purchase. Good luck. The way the new store is set up is terrible. It's huge and 80% of the new space is for waiting around to be helped. The old store had maybe 8 chairs to wait. The new store had literally 3/4 of the building with waiting areas. That's what you will do. You will wait. I walked in the front door facing the street and turned out it was the back door. I walked up to the counter to check in and it turned out it was where u pay? I then got in line and saw my normal receptionist. The guy who looks like the so her Russ. He's been there forever. I have him my ID and he said he needed my recommendation if unwanted to be medical. I said u already have my medical on file. He then did some digging and found it. If u aren't medical u can still visit but don't have access to every product for some lame reason of their own.

I waited and waited and waited. And after about 30 minutes of waiting I began talking with another customer who was also as frustrated as I was. We both began saying how this place had moved too soon, the new set up was super awkward, there wasn't enough staff to help people. The was Russ the receptionist, a Rasta walking aro u d with a iPad not doing anything. He ended up just charging the thing and going upstairs. One guy just works the register the entire time in a different office away from the sales floor . 3 bud tenders, but when I was there 2 of the bud tenders were behind the register in the office looking for products or lost. So I had 1 bud tender, 1 receptionist, 1 iPad Rasta and one register guy and 14 patients waiting around.

I never got to be called because when Russ the receptionist heard me and the other customer talking about the poor new move he told me to be quiet and I asked for my ID and told him this was a huge waste of my time and I am NEVER coming back.

I called the manager and she said She would tell the owners they need more staff. Good luck. Check out my photos of their huge waiting room and tiny actual floor space. I drove around the corner to anotherestablished dispensary and was in and out in 5 minutes like it should be.

COMPANYS REPLY ON A CUSTOMER BEING HANDED AN EMPTY BAG FROM DRIVE THRU FROM aka “MS DISMISSIVE BANGs “ on DRIVE THRU So I ordered normally online tonight for pick up , two women served me the first one was a big woman and the second one w bangs who just gave my order suddenly showed on window and handed me the bag and when I got home n check there’s none in my bag, I have to get back and waste my time and gas for my pre roll, because I got home w an empty bag, when I get back there’s no apology or anything this woman with bangs And green sweater just dismissed me asking her name and say it’s all ok this happens All time, seriously?? So that’s fine??! but I’d say total wase of time I’m not ever gonna go back here , they should’ve refunded me, surf city is way better!!! Local dismissive attitude by this worker working in drive thru should be removed !!! , so frustrating! This place is super nice. Unlike some other dispensaries you can cruise around and check out the inventory, and you can even smell & scope out bud before you buy it. They have a great selection and super good prices. I like edibles and they've got a ton of them. Sales tax isn't included but the excise tax is, so you don't get to the register and find out the total is 25% higher than the original. There are always specials on bud that they're trying to clear out, and there are lots of great strains that are $25 for an eighth. One bummer is they don't sell grams of flower. The staff is super nice which I don't take for granted because I've dealt with some rude budtenders. They also gave me the first time customer discount of 20%, while the other two dispensaries I went to completely shined giving me theirs. This is one of the most professional spots in town. Overall this spot has a great feel & decor, and good selection & prices. They also support local art and are involved with the community, and I always appreciate when a business does more than just look for a profit. One of my favorite spots in town and I'll be definitely be going...
