SC41 Furniture & Mattresses — Hotel in Capitola

I bought bed 7 years ago nearly 3000 dollars and started having back issue so went to sc 41 and told them about it sine I have 10 years warranty . Cost 90 dollars to come to your house to see if bed is losing support . Eventually I know how bed warranty work they told me normal wear and tear while some area topper are not supportive ( I had already flipped topper multiple times )I told them coil also seems be uneven but their answers was this is German steal coil not probable . Eventually ordered new topper supposedly identical to the one bought . Still having back issues .So I buy new coil part which now equal to an entirely new bed . After few weeks of trying bed I realized IDL firmness of topper was not identical and not supportive . I ask for money back and was reimbursed . Today while checking the old coil mattress part I am also realizing that the new coil part sent are not supportive and do not compare with what. I bought 7 years ago . No wonder each time I go to bed I am hurting ! Coil with same weight.pressure on new base have about half support of what I bought years ago ! SO I believe at this point that while assuring me that the part replaced would be exactly the same I was sold lesser quality replacement part . Cost more than 1000 dollars for coil and another more than $1000 for topper . Additionally .you have to wait few month each time if you want to receive something and pay for delivery because nothing is in store since it is just a showroom .While I try to support local business , is it really worth spending 3000 dollars while you can get the equivalence at Mattress factory for less than third of the price ? My daughter end up changing her bed with Mattress Factory cost 800 dollars with taladay topper and no taxes and delivery in a week and no taxes ! Her bed is awesome . I worked with Lorie and she is great! I've has a Sleepworks mattress system since 2006 and I'm glad to be able to get the products without the drive to Berkeley. I only replaced my pillows and bought a topper for now but the mattress is due in a couple of years. For anyone who hasn't tried the Sleepworks products, definitely try them before you commit to something else.
