Wow, what an incredible experience at Wendy’s with their “SpongeBob Crabby Patty Meal”! From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was going to be a special visit. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and the staff was friendly and attentive, setting the stage for a fantastic meal.

Let’s dive into the star of the show — the Crabby Patty Burger. This burger was an absolute masterpiece! It featured three perfectly cooked patties, stacked high for an extra satisfying bite. Each patty was juicy and flavorful, and together they made for a hearty and filling burger. This location is very unprofessional. They served us a four for four meal with a large fry and a regular soda we got our food went home we ate the side and got to the sandwich and the sandwich was molded full of powder and crust and it was cold. We spoke to a guy named Kevin who said he was the manager there he told us to bring in the sandwich he has the receipts and he would repay us back for that one meal. We get there a lady manager as she says starts yelling at us as if We are in the wrong. She never let us finish what we needed to say. She would never put Kevin at the window so that we can talk to him as he said to ask for him when we got there. She Said the excess powder was not mold when there was brown mold on their green mold and a lot of powder on the bun. it was very gross. She offered to replace it we wanted our money back for just that meal. So instead of giving us what we pay for she gave us what she thought we should have and threaten to call security on us because we were trying to explain to her what we explain to Kevin the other manager. They punished us for the ruining our order. Went to order two #9s Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken sandwiches bc I tried it a few days ago and wanted to take my boyfriend to try it. The patty is red and I’d remember it bc I loved it lol. They gave us two #4s. We politely asked them to correct the order and they denied it was made incorrectly and tried to refuse our refund bc we had started eating our fries. We told them they were welcome to charge us for 2 medium fries but we’d like a refund on the rest. They tried to refuse the refund and force us to take the incorrect order. No effort was made to correct the order. Much effort was made to refuse our money back. I pulled out my phone and started recording because the manager was exceptionally rude. Only then after recording 15 mins did she give us our money back. The employee who originally ruined the sandwiches tried to justify them and further make us take the order while waiting on a resolution from the manager.
