Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in California

Shame on you wienerschitzel on Auburn Blvd. In Sacramento. Not only did you charge me for and add cheese when I didn't order cheese or even like cheese. But seeing the pics of a chilli dog I have to believe that there is more than a quarter of a teaspoon of chilli on your chilli dogs. Being that I was at home didn't have hotdog buns or bread that night I ended up using tortillas to eat my so called chilli dogs off of. To add total insult to injury I didn't even get my corndog that I ordered and paid for. Shame shame shame. I will never go to that location again no matter much I am craving a chilli dog. Another thing about this store which is BS is that my buddy and I were there one day for lunch. He wanted to order the two chilli dog meal but only wanted one chilli dog and asked if he could sub the other with a Kraut dog. The employees said he couldn't make any substitutions. That their boss would reprimand them if they did so. The kraut and chilli dogs are the same price on the menu. SMH I really think you guys should stop trying to hustle cheese on your dogs unless the customer orders it especially when you charge people for it that don't even order it and give it to them regardless. What if I had a food allergy to dairy and cheese and but into the dog without Noticing there was cheese on it and went into anaphylactic shock because your employees are forced to ask if you want cheese or just not smart enough to think if some says I would like to order a chilli dog and not a chilli cheese dog that they would want cheese in it. Shame on you Der Wienerschitzel shame on you big time!!! To top it off here one time I was getting lunch here there was a man I assumed to be the owner reaming a manager in the lobby in front of other customers which made everyone there very uncomfortable. I went to one of your restaurants at location 5100 Auburn Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95841 I ordered my food the employee at the cashier is Randy she was a perfect cashier respectful and hard working and did everything she could to help me on the other hand when I did have a problem and when Randy needed help from her manager Randy tried to call her manager the managers name is Paulina Alvardo And when Randy tried to call her Randy told me that Paulina the manager blocked Randy’s calls that is unprofessional and why would a manager block calls from there employees who does that what if there was a more serious problem that needed to be solved who’s the night manager on shift when there’s a problem that an employee can’t fix who takes charge of that store the problem that I was having a problem with how my food was prepared messy and expedited poorly and also my discount was not added to my order but Randy did everything she could to help me I understand that there are times where you can be short staff or other problems but when there is no one other than an employee taking charge like Randy but no manager and when a manager can’t be reached unprofessional but I guess the general manager of that location Muhammad I guess he’s hands off too and don’t like to fix issues or even care cause if he did I feel like this stores moral and productivity would rise I’m sorry to say but this store has failed to keep me as a customer please I urge corporate to figure out what’s going on at that store it may not be at the best location site but I’m sure not only me as a customer are suffering but also the employees must not have the best from there managers and there general manager thank you for listening hope your able to get more control and involved in your stores unprofessional...

It was a Monday afternoon three people sitting and eating. I approach the front counter, waited a few moments as this woman strait up asks me" what I want?". I actually stepped back from the counter due to her horrible attitude. As she took my order with her hand on her hip and obviously irritated having to do her job. At this point I don't know wether to bring her poor working skills to attention or walk out but I placed my order instead with this crazy idea I'm hoping the food is better the service. Well ... After she basically threw the bag on the counter as it skidded towards me I just wanted to throw it back but I didn't as I've already paid and I'm hangry at this time. I said my thank you and left. Now usually to be honest I go through drive thru and have never been treated this. Makes me literally sick when people with poor attitude deal with public and take jobs for granted when others are literally dieing to stay alive! My suggestion if you ever go to the one on Auburn Blvd deal with the older gentleman in there as he's the nicest. I also think charging 50 cents for a quarter teaspoon...
