Owner of this store and as well the staff are super rude . I asked to cut me some meat 🥩 the owner refused to and was very rude said if I wanted some to come at 8Am , and then was saying rude stuff at me as well after I questioned her why not. . Other time I came in here this girl almost threw the bags at me and tried to make me leave faster and was already calling someone else when I didn’t finish putting away my wallet and taking my bags and moved my stuff . Competitively priced authentic Slavic grocery store. Small and cozy, but has all the basic foods that you'd traditionally go the Russian store to buy. Great selection of meats, cheeses, cakes, teas and canned goods. Hours are ideal for those last minute late night guest tea gatherings. Customer service is also authentically Russian, and you have to be rrally nice to them to receive good service and the better food (i.e. the fresh meats and cheeses they store in the back refrigerator). Always wanted to write a review instead I just stopped being their customer not that they cared. Today I decided to go to this store again. What a poor decision. I am not gonna get in the details of the fight and I do not think that “the customer is always right”. But the customer is your 1st priority to serve while in the store.
