DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Talk about false advertising. This was our first time going, and definitely the last. The promo video on their site looks impressive, but the IRL experience was extremely disappointing. Not a single performer shown in that ad was present, and all the performers who were on-site looked like cheap Romero zombie rip-offs, with defined black circles around the eyes and white ghoul faces. "Costumes" were mostly street clothes or similar, ripped-up and splattered with fake blood. Props were largely absent, and the ones that were used (sparingly), were totally unconvincing. The taunts from characters were weak and poorly rehearsed, and there were plenty of perfect scare opportunity locations left unattended.

We went at 8PM on a Saturday, 2 weeks before Halloween, so I was hoping for their A Game and didnt even get a D-. I've been more impressed with free neighborhood haunted houses and cheaply produced school fundraiser events. For the price of immediate admission for both my wife and I, we could've probably gone to a junkyard, purchased a bunch of beat-up appliances, stacked them together, covered them in smaller pieces of junk, spackled the whole thing with spray foam and red paint and put a strobe light on top. Same experience. I was able to pinpoint a few of the more curated sets from the ad video, but those only made-up maybe 5% of the total experience, and honestly weren't as impressive up-close.

Scream Park advertises 3 haunts, but they failed to shift tone even slightly. The end of one haunt leads almost directly into the next, leaving little time to build anticipation or even get a feel for the next setting. The attendants at the entrnaces dont give any spiel about the next haunt, and they aren't even in character. The entire experience feels rushed, and all 3 haunts were completed in about 30 minutes.

The company went all out with the external facade of the building, and they obviously put some effort toward the development of their website, I just wish even half that energy could've been put into creating a more immersive and thrilling experience...

My group of 4 people arrived at 7:45PM on Sat 10/12 (probably one of the busiest days/times) and chose Stand-by tickets based on the lines visible in the parking lot. While it took us 30 mins to move through the parking lot line, the 'hidden' line on the other side of the facade took over 90 minutes to work through. We finally entered the attraction at 10:06PM. Many of the patrons around us were agitated by the line length (a fight even broke out near us when someone tried to cut the line, and another group was forced out by other patrons when they attempted to cut the line as well). The entrance attendant seemed to be prioritizing Fast-pass ticketholders over the Stand-by line in order to keep the Fast-pass line short, however this resulted in the Stand-by line moving extremely slowly (about 1/2 to 1/3 the speed of the Fast-pass line). They might be able to increase revenue through more Fast-pass sales if they are clear about the length of the various lines; I would have purchased the add-on had I known the standby line was 2 hours long. Having the majority of that wait hidden behind a door felt deceptive. Regarding the actual haunted house: the sets were unique and intriguing as were the actor costumes, however they did not match the variety or quality of props/costumes displayed on your website. This poor quality was masked by making all the sets very dark. While I would have enjoyed more time to view the sets I felt rushed through the facility (I understand why, there was a huge line outside to process through as well!). An attendant stated the attraction would take 30-40 mins to view, however we spend less than 25 minutes inside. Several of the sets had obvious locations for additional actors that were not present (rooms with few/no props aside from a darkened alcove to hide an actor, with no actor in said room). I have never been to a professional haunted house before, however for the cost of admission, duration of wait, and quality of experience I will not be returning to Ultimate Terror Scream Park and will choose a different...

Hello I just want to say I’ve been going to your parks the past 8 years and they have been amazing but unfortunately I went last night stood in line for two hours which seems about right I didn’t mind that not one bit. But what really got me is that while I was in line with my family a family in front of us a mom and dad and two boys where in front of us while we got closer a group of 15!!!! People from that family cut in front of us that was so annoying !! To top that while we was in front of the door about to go in 3 guys cut the whole line which they just got in passed the green wall before the door they cut in line they passed the security guard and he let them in okay that passed ok while we’re going threw the first house we get stopped in the middle of it because the same people who cut the line started a fight !!! They pushed one of the actors which made the line huge because we’re all waiting so on top of that there’s no one stopping the groups so that house was done and over with because of the fight we skipped a house because of the fight then afterward there were no scares which I understand because of what happen . I’m so disappointed on how things were handled I drove 2 hours away just to see this show because over the years I experienced the best scream shows here but this year was the worse !!! I finally took my kids and this happens it was not a thriller not one bit what happened to having at least two people at the door that will stop people from jumping in front I mean we waited for 2 hours in line for some dumb a**es to ruin it for us then miss a haunted house on top of that because of what happen !!! I feel so disappointed the security need to be enforced more people at the doors I mean we told the security guards among others as well that those men cut the line but he let them in !!! For the simple fact the security guard felt overwhelmed you need to address that area more often!!!! So disappointed waste of my money I do t want to say that but I drove 2 hours out to be...
