I've never ordered here thru the drive thru. I've always gone inside to order and eat, but this day was different. So I went thru the drive thru. Initially there were (3) cars in the left lane and none in the right. So I pulled up in the left lane. And was immediately waved to pull into the right lane, so I did so. I was asked for my order, and I already had that as I was buying for someone else to drop off with them. Afterwards I am told to pull around. I get on the other side and there are now (5) cars in the left lane on the left side of the building and nothing ahead of me in the right lane. Obviously I'm thinking I've missed something, like maybe I am supposed to circle the building once and pull behind the (3) cars on the right which are behind the (5) cars in that same lane on the left or order pickup side. So I pull back around the building and just pull back up to the women that took my order in the right lane and I say:"I have never ordered thru the drive thru here. Am I supposed to just pull forward and stay in this right hand lane or circle the building and pull in behind all these other cars in the 1st/left lane?" I'm told to just pull around in this same right lane, and then ALL (3) woman start laughing and carrying on. Read moreWent to Chick-fil-A to get my fiancé and myself breakfast this morning. I got in with the long line just in time to get through and receive my order, but when I got home they had forgotten my chicken biscuit for my fiancé’s number one meal. I tried to call up there four times but the phone was disconnected and after that I had to drive up there to have them fix the mistake at which point the manager told me that she could only give me lunch as breakfast was over. This normally would be fine however I do not eat much on their lunch menu so this was useless. I think if you screw someone’s order up you should honor the order especially if it is only 15 minutes past when breakfast ends. Especially if not one staff can answer a phone when it rings four times. My order was refunded and they did offer to give it to me in another day but as tomorrow is Sunday I’ll have to wait until at least Monday for their mistake to be fixed. So save yourself some time and do as we did and go to Waffle House where they get your order right the first time and are happy to fix it if they do not. Read moreOn more than one occasion we have visited this location and more times than not, we’ve been missing stuff like plastic ware, the toppings for the salads, straws, dipping sauces… stuff other places forget but not usually behavior of CFA. 6/24/22 experience: ordered 3 salads, 3 drinks and 2 cookies. Rings up $55 and change?! Get to the window and was asked if we ordered EIGHT sweet teas! No, only 3. 3 different people came to the register trying to figure out how to refund our card the difference. Manager was in the bathroom so we had to pull forward. 14 minutes later someone comes out with cash because they couldn’t get the refund to our card. Get back to our place and none of the salads have their dressing or toppings. At that point I am beyond over that store. Took all of the food back to the store and got a refund. They kept the food. I am a signature member and eat at a CFA 6 days a week. They should have refunded my money for my time and GAS and...
