Had to ask for the correct food three times. Upon specifically ordering wimpy buffalo fingers, I received wimpy boneless buffalo wings. I nicely asked for the correct order. They indicated it was corrected a couple minutes later and they presented us with the same incorrect order of wimpy buffalo wings they had just given us. I told the cashier that the order was incorrect again and she just walked off and started getting another order ready and acted annoyed. The drive thru cashier over heard everything and got us the correct order about 5 minutes later. It took about 20 minutes to get our correct food which was unreasonable but at least it was fresh and good. The original cashier from the get go seemed brand new and unsure through the entire process. She did end up getting pulled from the register and replaced by another cashier but it was way too late. Read moreDo not mobile order at this location unless you have half an hour or so to spare while you wait for your meal. For some reason if you pull up to the window and tell them you have a mobile order they’ll immediately ask you pull over to a waiting spot, clear your order from the system maybe(?), and eventually start brining much larger orders that include what you ordered, but aren’t your order, and then give their to other cars that are parked in the waiting spots. After a few rounds of that(meanwhile dozens of cars are also placing and receiving orders at the drive thru), they’ll ask for the name on your order again, assure you that they’re working on it(how long does it take to make a Big Zax Snack?), and that it’ll be out soon, then bring you one more incorrect order just for good measure while offering a single cookie as an apology, and then maybe you’ll get your order(I’m typing this while still waiting for the order, so I can’t actually confirm...
Read moreWent there earlier today to pick up lunch for myself and my kids, both are now puking and I am now also starting to get sick. We have not been sick prior to eating here, none of us have fevers and we are only showing signs of food poisoning. My husband and other child did not eat there and are completely fine. When my husband called to just let the manager know that we thought it could be food poisoning (not expecting them to do anything for us just a simple courtesy call) he was met with an attitude and a response of, "food poisoning doesn't sit in until 24 hours after consumption." Which is untrue and probably not the response you should give to a customer....
After reading reviews on this Zaxby's in particular it seems as if this just might be a thing for them. I think it's clear to say that we will not be returning here, not that we went here often (fries are ALWAYS cold or soggy) but just writing a review to hopefully deter others from wasting...
