I arrived to Dunkin on Monday Oct 16 at around 5:30 pm if im not mistaking, and I ordered a medium iced coffee and munchkins. On the Dunkin app you get free coffee on Mondays with a minimum purchase of a dollar, now I admit that I was late saying that I was using the app for the free coffee but they hadn’t even made the coffee or bagged the munchkins yet because when I got to the window I had to reorder what I was trying to get, which made me forget to say im using the app. After he told me the amount O gave him a $50 bill and then I told him I want to use the app, he tells me no I can get it next time. So I asked why next time why not now ? He said cause I waited too late. Another male employee walked to the window to see what the fuss was about he also told me I can’t use the app, so I asked for my money back HE TOLD ME NO ! How can you tell me I can’t get my money back for a coffee and donuts you didn't even make yet ? Read moreTHIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DUNKIN IN THE AREA ! I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ location. I came through the drive-thru to order a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, but what I received was a weak, milky drink with no espresso at all. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was told the espresso machine was down because it was cleaning.
That explanation only made it worse — why would you knowingly serve a drink missing its key ingredient without saying anything? If the machine is down, just let customers know. Don’t try to pass off a drink that clearly isn’t what I paid for.
Thankfully, I tasted it before heading to work. I typically avoid this location due to past issues, but decided to give it another shot — big mistake. Once again, my time and money were wasted.
To make matters worse, I was offered a refund but only received $4 when the drink cost $7. Not only did I leave frustrated, I also left shortchanged. This felt like an intentional decision to serve an incomplete drink and then not properly refund me for it.
