Everytime I come I seem to get the same person Rosie she does not represent McDonald's well she was letting the team members curse on the floor one girl was cursing about a customer recording her in drive thru then after watching about 3 orders go out before mine I asked when I finally got my order for a free drink for my wait she tells me well you said you wanted fresh fries when all three orders that they passed out had fries and they were fresh fries that just came up an on another occasion they put one patty on my mcdouble when I called to tell them that had for got a patty on my mcdouble she said I had to bring it back so I told her ok but can I get something for having to come back up there and she said yes a fresh burger when I replace the other one wow I shop here a lot and I feel cheated out of my money because I shop here so much and it's really crazy because they only mess up my order so I'm always stuck bring my food back and getting nothing but what I paid for knowing they mess it up they do not try to say sorry here's a drink and it's always Rosie it has been so many times and I don't know if anyone will see this but something has got to Change and I am a manager at white castles this Rosie does not care there customers neither does the rest of the staff and it shows they upgraded the place now it's time to upgrade...

I got here around 9:57 at night yesterday, after a long shift all i wanted was some food, it was wednesday so the drive thru wasn't that full, I was happy because i was finally going to eat something! I get to the speaker and i hear a man (pretty sure it was the manager) tell the girl that was taking orders to "take the orders slower now"?? Or something weird along those lines....HUH???? What do you mean slower!?
Anyways she took my order and it took FOREVER to get to the pay window, and it took even longer to get to the window where my food was at! I SPENT A TOTAL OF 26 MINUTES IN THAT DRIVE THRU!!!!
THAT MAN OR WHOEVER TOLD THE GIRL WHO WAS TAKING THE ORDERS TO GO SLOWER SHOULD BE FIRED!
ITS CALLED FAST FOOD! NEXT TIME IM CALLING CORPORATE ON THE SPOT!!!
NOT ONLY THAT BUT THEY HAVE HOMELESS PEOPLE BANGING ON CUSTOMER'S CARS BEGGING FOR CHANGE!!!!
I informed the manager about my concerns about the wait time AND about the homeless lingering about the area, AND HE SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS AND SAID HE "Didn't get paid to care."

OH AND GET THIS, I SAW THAT SAME "MANAGER" GO OUT AND SMOKE, LEAVING THE STORE UNATTENDED, WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS!?

They also forgot to give me one of my orders, came inside to get it. the manager didn’t even ask what I needed she just shook her head up to see what’s going on but never said a word to me. I told the lady manager that I was just missing my hot cakes and she didn’t apologize she then went to one of the drive thru ladies and asked her if she had any hot cakes the manager then pointed at the hot cakes that were sitting on top of the heater rack. And just handed it to me. Never apologized. I also speak Spanish so I even spoke to this lady in Spanish and told her thank you didn’t say anything. I come here since it’s close to my job. But I do not appreciate the service they give. The fries are always cold the chicken nuggets I gotten taste stale like they’ve been sitting there. And do not appreciate hairs being on my food. The food is fast but definitely not don’t properly not look appetizing. I rather wait for my food to be done correctly then to have it fast...
