Will FAST food places get back to FAST business with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE! I'm 1 step closer to not going to any until they get it right. T.B's Drive thru was very long, moving slowly. I see a sign in the window that said "Lobby Open" I park, the door was open. I go in & both kiosk hv "Out of Order" signs. I stand at the counter, several people working but no one says anything. The young lady at the drive thru looks back, then looks at co-workers but says nothing. 2-3 mins later, she turns around & yells out, "the Lobby is closed." I literally only wanted a slushie!! Taco Bell U should be ashamed of this type of service. Managers need to be held accountable for the workers on their duty. This is deplorable & it's not the first time but, now that I've seen its company wide, I'm done until u repair the problem, this is the 3rd one I've been to with SLOW service & bad attitudes. I hope other customers follow. Maybe when we consumers stop accepting this shenanigans, take our business else where then you'll get the message and TRAIN employees again! IF not, at least I won't be back & I'm sure looking at the reviews, I'm not...
Read moreThe worst customer service I’ve ever had. I never just go up to the counter I always wait to be greeted or given a sign from the worker that they are ready for me. Nothing happened the girl at the register just stared at me eventually and said nothing so I assumed that was my signal to approach. Once I was up there she just mumbled under breathe the whole time, not acknowledging that she heard a thing I said or that it was put it in the computer. In the middle of ordering an item she went to her co-worker to gossip something in her ear and giggle and then decided when she was ready to go back to work and finish our order. Once we finally got our food none of the items that were the same were labeled as vegetarian. I’m allergic to red meat I can’t risk biting into the wrong thing. When asked which item was which she laughed at us and said open it up for yourselves. There was a sign that all the staff was new, but that’s just not how you treat...
Read moreWanted a grilled cheese burrito the board says it cost $3.84 they rang up for $4.29 I asked the cashier if she could do a manual price override and sell them to me for the advertised price and she refused. I left without buying anything because I don't like being duped. I will remember this in the future and I will never stop at this Petro's truck stop or this Taco Bell ever again. Both the Taco Bell and the Petro Truck Stop that it is located inside of have lost my business permanently.
I refuse to pay any dollar amount higher than the advertised price. There's absolutely no excuse for this. The person that sets the prices is either being lazy or incompetent and the cashier is either too lazy or incompetent to adjust the price. Either way, it's dishonest and immoral to advertise a product for one price and then try to charge more at the...
