I visited this location back in April of this year 2024...I ordered the combo meal..Double Wendy burger, Ketchup, Pickles and Lettuce only..I make it to work, ready to eat and to my dismay,there was 2 pieces of cheese on my sandwich, I'm allergic to cheese.had I biten into the burger, it would not have been good for me health wise at all.i could've ended up in the hospital if not worse...let's fast forward to August 9th, 2024,,at 7:04 pm..I go back to the same Wendy's at 12723 S Ashland ave..before I order my food, I made it clear to the cashier that..I had had a bad experience at this store back in April and would not like a repeat of my experience in April..well here we go again. I order the same meal the way.i get to work and again, there's cheese on my burger. After speak with two different mangers. I've decided that, I would no longer visit this Wendy's again.i will not be putting my health at risk again.ALSO THEY HAVE A NO MONEY BACK POLICY. Read moreI went to this Wendy's only because the location on 117th Halsted was closed. I get to the drive threw order my meal which comes to 5.50. I give the young lady a 10 dollar bill and 50 cent. She doesn't put the money directly into register and she walks around with my money. So she tells me pull to the next window they'll give me my change. I look at fiance like huh so she's asked the young lady you want us to pull down to get my change. She says yes. We pull down to the next window they pass us the food and we're like umm our change. They look totally surprised so we ask for Manager. He wasn't any help. We tell him the situation and he acts like I'm joking. My fiance says go get the young lady by now she's upset. The manager comes back and gives me 4 dollars and one dollar in change. I had no receipt to even call to complain. Stay far far away from this...
