So upset and disappointed at this establishment. We've ordered from here a lot. Back in November we received burnt pizzas, but after submitting feedback online, the store manager (Fred) reached out and offered a credit so we could give them another shot. We appreciated that and we did try again. Today we ordered for the second time this week, but it was a completely horrible experience. When ordering for the entire family (2 pizzas & 2 large subs), I notified the person taking the order that we have household members with severe food allergies, so I was very clear in that the two subs needed to be completely plain, only canadian bacon and bread. The person sounded annoyed that I mentioned it more than once. Food was delivered and of course, the subs were not plain, had cheese. I called and the representative at the call center didn't seem too interested or sorry, but she said she would have the restaurant remake it. I reminded her of severe food allergies and she stated that she emphasized that in the notes to the restaurant. 20 mins later, subs are delivered again (we tipped the driver again, because it wasn't his fault) and the subs were wrong again! Not only were they wrong, it's like the restaurant put cheese and mayo and other toppings all over the sandwich and then wiped half of it off, it looked disgusting. I called again and asked to speak to a manager. Call center manager came on the line and was so rude. I explained what was wrong and her response was, "well we aren't going to get it right tonight." So then I asked her to refund it and she said "no, I will not do that. Our driver has already been out there twice." I said, "yes, I'm well aware. He's brought food twice, we tipped twice, and both times the restaurant made a mistake." And she refused to make it right. I told her if she was refusing to give us what we paid for and refusing a refund, I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company and posting a review. She then said, "fine. Since you're telling me you're going to do that, I'm going to block you right now and we will never deliver to you again." Uhm, you won't deliver wrong food to me anymore? Unbelievable. I’ve made cash pick up orders through the phone before I asked why ? they explained my account was blocked because of a EBT purchase. I let my friend use my phone in the past and they used an EBT card to make payment unaware to me .

To my surprise, when I ordered this time it was pretty burnt. It sucks because I've ordered this numerous times and it has never been this burnt.
