Wendy's — Restaurant in Camarillo

Horrible. Drive through asks almost demandingly if we're using their app today, and immediately started giving us attitude after responding 'no' - after that it was 'anything else?' for every question in a very rude tone. We ordered fries and ketchup specifically. - get to the window and they have the order ready, and ask for payment, get the card out and they've turned away and are ignoring us, two people in the car trying to get their attention to just take our payment for food, ended up needing to hit the horn for them to remember their customers waiting there with payment in hand. - finally got the fries paid for, and the manager (who was the one not paying attention) wanders off without giving us a receipt. So once again we need to flag down an employee to get our receipt. Pull away, and there's no ketchup in the bag. So now we're parking, and going inside to get the rest of the world's simplest fastfood order.

I went to this Wendy’s a few minutes before closing and it was 9:55. There was a lady in a truck in front of me taking so long to finish ordering here at the drive thru. Then after she held up the whole time, the Wendy’s worker said they’re not taking orders. So even though I got there a few minutes before closing, they still didn’t wanna take my order even though I waited patiently and was the last customer here. Then I tried keeping my window down to tell them I just wanted 2 cookies that’s all. They locked the drive thru window and turned off all the lights so that I can’t have a chance to order anything. This is the worst customer service ever and they didn’t wanna just serve the last person which was me that waited patiently. Who ever is reading this, I recommend never eat there or order there a few minutes before they close. Such a...

There has been a change in management and it shows. They messed up my order and when asked to correct it the manager glared at me. It was such a strong glare my ten year old asked me why she was looking at me like that. If you want to feel intimidated after they make mistakes then go here.

When they gave me my correct food it was smothered in ketchup in a mean way. I know when she took my food this was done on purpose. Good thing I checked. That’s disgusting to do that to my sons food. What poor character the manager has here. She looked forty but acting like she is sixteen messing with my food.

Manager never bothered coming back to the window and I asked the lady who handed it to me to please remake it, that wasn’t right.
