I went here JUST to get staples in my frame to keep the picture in.

They added brackets drilling into my frame, and miss drilled once so I have Three holes not two for a bracket, I did not want brackets and stated so between 3 and 5 times to two different people.

They added paper (okay no big right) but they cut the paper on the frame putting gashes in the frame

The staples..... They staples THROUGH the picture (on foam board) , apparently this is standard practice for them

I could have done a better job for a lot less myself but I had wanted it professionally done..... and they just messed the whole thing up.

Yes I have called them, Yes they said they would refund my payment( waiting for a call back), Yes they say that a claim can be put in... but none of this should have ever happened, more care needs to be given at the time of work. On they phone they offered me a new frame, because they thought that the frame was from them, it was not it had been bought by my brother at a national park over 4 years ago

I was really looking forward to going to the new Michael. I walked in to find it not even well-stocked and already definitely disorderly. I am across Stitcher and embroider are so I went to see how much Michael's would have in terms of supplies. I asked for directions back to the appropriate area and was directed correctly. In one place I found the DMC embroidery floss with the new colors. It was under the label yarn. For Isles over was the rest of the DMC floss. There were also standard embroidery needles that were already out of stock. Again, I was disappointed. I had hoped for more. I had not been in this Michael's for quite a while. I noticed they dedicated a few aisles to Christmas but only one little shelf for Hanukkah with nothing on it not to mention the stuff that was on it didn't even represent resemble Hanukkah. Only a few things to pick from and a lot of food items. Im not one to buy my Food from a craft store this is disappointing. I wish they had staff members who actually cared. Very unknowledgeable staff when it comes to certain projects. A great example is they didn't know 100% polyester shirt were available I knew they had a bunch of them sent a friend to go pick some up. They turned her down saying we do not carry this item. I had to call and tell them they had it where to find it and to hold them so that person can pick it up. Letting me...
