Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Camas

The employees at the Camas Papa Murphy's were fantastic tonight when I spaced and left my pizza on the roof of my car after buckling my kids into their seats. It was too late and my pizza was already road kill before I realized my mistake. I went back in to order another pizza and they sympathized with my plight and gave me a deal on the second pizza. Things started to get really bad when I couldn't find my debit card that I had just used not ten minutes before. After searching my car and not finding my debit card I came back into the store with cash to pay for my pizza. I saw a friend waiting for their pizza and we started talking. Before I could make it to the cashier an employee came out and handed me my pizza and told me it was on the house. Now that is Great customer service. Way to salvage my night Camas Papa...

You know sometimes these guys are 5 stars and other times 1, so I guess consistency is my biggest complaint. Their ingredients seem pretty good but when they assemble them, the quality of the end result depends largely on the person drawing my number. I think they could do well to provide better training for their employees. My last pizza was a family sized cowboy that was pretty good in the middle but had about 2 inches of crust around the edge leaving no more than a middle sized pizza for the good edible part. Also there were a couple of large bubbles moving the tasty toppings away leaving a somewhat dry burnt areas. Rude! I ordered online and got there early. She told me it would be 15 minutes. I simply asked if she could make it right away and the girl got an attitude with me. I told her she didn’t need to be so rude. She then tells me she doesn’t feel good. I dot. Want a someone unwell making my food. So I tell her to cancel my order and I will not be returning. I would like her name and manager. She gave me her name and the managers card but continues her nasty attitude and then the other pizza make chimes in. So I ask for her name and she refuses.
