Arby's — Restaurant in Cambridge

Went to Arbys Today while out of town for work, get to the counter, just waiting to be waiting on, which they were busy and i understand so i wait my turn for them to catch up, no big deal! i hear the Manager says once she notices the line, OH MY GOD, which again no big deal fast food can be stressful at lunch rush. Well she finally comes to the register, she stands there... says NOTHING. she stares at me, i asked "Are You Ready" she says "Are you ready" i say Yes didn't know you were ready as you didn't say anything but stare at me, she says well i came to the register. I let her have her moment as she must've been having a terrible Monday, Well, then the gentleman behind me gets there, pays he ask for his receipt, she proceeds to let him know "I don't have no reason to not give you your receipt, i don't keep no-ones receipt" a simple Yes Sir as soon as I finish your order ill print your receipt would've worked! My last visit was the worst. It seems like the service at the Cambridge MD Arby’s is going downhill. The last 3 visits have been extremely slow for “fast food”. On my last visit I was offered a menu board with at least six notices on the board that the item was “unavailable-out of stock”!!!! I realize that because of the pandemic there are issues with receiving shipments but with that many items “out of stock” I have to wonder if it wasn’t lack of planning. I was able to get what I wanted but again waited too long for “fast food”! You need to do better, if you want customers to return! Since I wrote this review, I have spoken with management who advised that the problem is being addressed. Food is cooked to order before 11:30 am and there will be a longer wait. I've always loved Arbys. Have not been here to eat for about 5 years. And me and my friend decided to go eat here and we stood there inside waiting for almost 30 minutes before we were even asked for our order. Then we ordered and were told they had mac cheese back in stock so we both ordered that then we were told it's still frozen come back tomorrow and it will be ready .....thawed. Then my friend ordered fish and we were told no fish until december. Out of fish until December. So we ended up getting food we really did not want to eat but had to rearrange our order to suit them 🤣. The manager the workers everyone was super nice !
