Who manages this place? Because they need some additional training.

1. I don’t need your employees to pretend I’m the second coming, I just need them to be courteous. If they hate serving customers because it’s offensive to their self-worth or dignity, get a different job. I worked in the food industry for years, and I never treated my customers with such annoyance and indifference. And please… GIVE ME A REASONABLE MOMENT TO LOOK AND DECIDE WHAT INGREDIENTS I WANT—THERE’S NO ONE ELSE IN LINE DUDE.

2. At 6pm on a Sunday with no one in the restaurant, why am I simply told there’s “no queso” when they simply could grab a bag from the back? I’m sorry to be an inconvenience!

3. WHY ARE THEY ALWAYS OUT OF FAIJTA VEGETABLES? I suspect it’s the only fresh food item on the menu and everything else is vacuumed-sealed plastic bags they heat up in a vat of hot water. Too lazy to cut and sauté some onions and green pepper? One dude in the kitchen who could give a flying… while four employees stand at the counter staring at me like I’m a leper.

4. Portions? If I wanted 80% rice and beans, I’d make it at home. Consistency? That word doesn’t exist in this establishment.

I’ve given this location so many opportunities as they’re a relatively new business, but I’ve had enough. Usually quality starts high and dwindles over time… not this place. They’ve been hot garbage since the day they opened.

I doubt anything will change, as long as they have the highway and a national brand...

I’ve ordered food here three times now each time have had an issue from a wrong order/ ingredient being added or missing in a bowl. This time opted to have my order delivered to find it was Less then 1/3 filled. My bowl was mostly cheese which I love however would like the rice to at least cover the bottom of the bowl. Might be expecting a bit much I suppose. The chips however were salted and seasoned perfectly which seems to be this location’s specialty. Keep up the chip game! UTZ is on notice! If you want a real burrito Easton chipotle is only a ten minute drive away

Updated!! My hopes and chipotle dreams are still left unanswered (high standards… please give me what we order). Wife’s tacos with corn salsa and my light sour cream are at an inverse relationship. Bowl drowned in sour cream and the wife gets spicy tacos. (Red hot salsa) visit this location if you want what you don’t order. Chips are on point as ever. But seriously. Go to Easton if you actually want to eat what you order or just spend twice as long on the return trip….. unless you really like the chips....

Now I’d like to say this is the second day in a row I’ve ordered from this location. I’m a chipolte lover and with working down the street from them the location is great. However I don’t see myself ordering from them in the near future. I understand this is a new location with new staffing but to have the same food quality issues two days in a row is a bit disheartening. Yesterday I order via the website with pickup my burrito bowl was missing ingredients I had ordered and was cold. The queso dip in ordered was light brown in color and tasted very off. The chips were fantastic. Today, I ordered via DoorDash, almost the same complaint as yesterday. The burrito bowl had all ingredients but was cold, the queso dip the same as yesterday and the chips were very stale. Both days no napkins or utensils were...
